[ 2d34 - 300 EXP ] It had taken a few days in space to get to their destination, or at least this close to it. Gokkano wasn't exactly "around the corner" from Earth-2, so to speak, and the meager space ship that Awamori was provided wasn't exactly the fastest kind. He wondered how this group got anything done if their tech was as low quality as this ship, but perhaps that was an assumption. One had to think that the great N-PTO had every and anything at their disposal. Rumor had it that the organization itself was run by a wealthy "family" of Arcosians, and quite powerful as well. The Arcosian that sat as the Overlord of Gokkano was said to be exceptionally frightening, as well as obscenely strong. Perhaps even Giya was no match for him. Speaking of the Cyborg, Awamori did little to entertain her during their trip. He had occasionally asked her how she was doing, but the ship was large enough where the two did not need to be tied at the hip for the entire trip. He was used to not really needed to sleep for an entire day, but did end up leaving the ship on auto pilot every so often. It was mostly because Awamori needed to be in control at all times, the other aspect was that he did not trust the ship's computer to react on its own for too long. The means by which he attained this craft was not really up to N-PTO standards, he would admit, and thus he could be met with a welcoming party he did not want because of it. Eventually, the planet would come into view, as the duo got ever closer to entering the atmosphere itself. "Giya. We are nearly there, getting into the atmosphere of the planet may get a bit rocky so secure yourself in your seat. Also, we may be greeted by some unwanted locals once we do land, and I highly doubt they'll be rolling out the welcome mat for us. I'll do my best to avoid contact with anyone at all costs, but there is a high probability I will need you to... fight some of them. I need you to be up for that, just in case. The sooner we move, the sooner we get what we both came here for."
He didn't look at her when he spoke, rather, he kept his eye on the large planet before him, chunks of what used to be a moon orbiting the globe and forcing Awamori to be the expert pilot he was in order to avoid them.
Short intro but more to come. Let's get going! Giya

[4D47, 990/990 HP, 6/6 GP, 2817 XP] Giya traveled with Awamori in as peaceable a manner as she could. The ship was a little cramped so it soured her mood but it was made with just enough space to allow her and Awamori some separation if they needed it. Inside the ship she noticed that Awamori tried to stay mostly at the controls but sometimes put it on auto-pilot especially when it was time to ask how she was doing. It was almost like a daily thing for her granted that she was a bit damaged from prior fights and her own malfunctioning robotics. She remained mostly silent on the subject but every so often sparks from her recent build up of energy appeared from out of her hands or other parts of her body. Her current frame was having trouble containing her infinite energy, which shouldn't have ever been a problem, but it was the whole reason for her trip back to Gokkano to find someone who could fix her. If her mother had never tried to alter her body before meeting Awamori things would have turned out differently, she would still be alive, Giya might still be choosing to side with the Arcosians more then Awamori, and the two traveling together would have never occurred. Giya honestly wasn't 100% sure what she got out of this which was weird for a cyborg since accuracy of that level was almost guaranteed. All she really could think of getting from Awamori for all her hard work was a new body that he currently still had in his pocket, a particular woman she had captured earlier, and was wanting to transfer her conscious into. She felt that beyond this there was really nothing holding her back from rejoining the Arcosians if she really wanted to and with the new body she got and her power she could contain and control the variables of her life so she wasn't sitting around in her co-pilot like she was now hoping the trip was over. She hadn't showered at all or eaten because she was afraid her random electrical sparks might destroy something vital in the ship. She needed this upgrade and the moment Gokkano came into view she smiled and gripped her chair hard before pulling on her seat belt strap. Whatever Awamori intended to do to get them down to the planet below she hoped it was down fast. This ship didn't look like it made much fuel or time left in its space faring life as she gazed over at a fuel gauge on the ship and noticed it might be running low.

As their craft dipped and dodged pieces of the destroyed moon, it would eventually come into contact with the planet's atmosphere, breaking through it and signaling their descent onto the planet itself. A few alarms went off, to which Awamori's skilled hands went to the control panel in order to calm the fussy ship. The extreme heat from entering the planet's atmosphere would start to build up around and inside the ship, which forced Awamori to have to answer quickly or both he and Giya would be roasted and toasted within minutes. The ship had literally been sent ablaze, and the temperature had rapidly began to rise before a cooling agent began to pump itself through the vents within the ship, cooling the entire thing nearly instantly. The same would happen around the ship's exterior, before the created heat could damage it. Though he couldn't do much about the vibrations they were feeling, and the literal turbulence as the small ship rocked to and fro for several minutes. "Hopefully this is as bumpy as it gets. The landing won't be much cleaner, so I apologize in advance. We'll have to move quickly, I'm sure the N-PTO is getting ready to deploy scouts to see just what the hell entered their atmosphere without any permission or communication, and why it's one of their ships." The elder male took a deep breath, keeping the steering "wheel" of the ship as steady as possible as the craft zoomed over various large buildings, of all shapes and sizes, and would head off towards a more remote part of the planet, seemingly. "They've been reaching out to me over this thing for a few days now." One hand left the wheel to gently tap on the scouter over his ear before going back to where it was before. "I've ignored them, so they're going to assume something is up. They'll likely send someone after us." The ship had begun to alert Awamori again, this time of a small craft tailing his stolen ship. It was only big enough for one person, and seemed to be the only one they had sent. "Right on cue." He mumbled, a bit low, as if clearly talking to himself.
"Giya. I'm going to open up the rear hatch. Do you think you can fire an energy blast strong enough to take that ship out? Or maybe you can do it in some other way. We can't be tailed to my contact's facility." He flipped a switch on the panel in front of him, the rear door of the ship beginning to open to reveal the rapidly moving planet beneath them, zooming past as Awamori continued to fly on, the little ship behind them tailing them close. He shot the Cyborg a look now, probably the first time since they left. "He isn't exactly liked on this planet. The faster we get rid of this, the faster I get you your new body. From what I can tell you're going to need it soon."
With that, he looked away from her and directly out of the front panel of the ship at everything out in front of him.

A small bead of sweat rolled down the front of Giya's face as the ship was nearly cooked alive in its own inferno. Fortunately, the cooling system kicked in spraying out a blast of cooling agent to reduce the heat around her and Awamori. She still didn't like it though because if she was sweating that really meant this body of hers was breaking down, as a cyborg, she felt these temperatures should not be affecting her at all but it seemed life either wanted to prove her wrong or show she was faulty. She listened to Awamori's banter and request and turned her face to look him in the eye. "You expect me to go out and blast these people when we're so close to them? That's ridiculous. We should just leave the ship and make them think they killed us. It's more logical... and... I happen to know these fools that are following us are among the same stupid stock that I usually used to go with to invade planets. You can easily trick them as they're ordered to take orders to the letter and believe what they see, unlike me though, they don't choose to have much free will or ability to think." She placed her right hand against her chest and closed her eyes sighing before adding, "I'll go blast them as you ask since that is my job, but I want to up the value of my prior request. I'd like... my new body... to be made of a little of the same katchin stuff you're getting for your silly robot." She smirked then rose from her seat heading through the warm ship to the tail of the ship. When she got there she waited for Awamori to open the hatch and fired out a beam of energy at the pursing agents of evil. She felt a sigh of relief as her hand did not fire too much energy out at once or throw it in a wide arc like last time. She needed her hands and body under control for a little while longer. Running around in prior battles for the Arcosians by herself or with others had really worn her down and she intended not to go down without truly understanding why her mother did what she did to free her from them.

Giya's beam would collide with the craft, instantly causing a small explosion as the entire vehicle began to smoke up and be lit ablaze. It didn't take long for the targeted ship to begin to descend quickly, exploding shortly before hitting the ground. Awamori spoke up a bit louder through the noise from the exploding ship and the air rushing in through the rear hatch still. "We won't have to worry about much if they are sending ships and pilots after us. As you can tell from the last one on Earth-2, the pilots here are typically nothing to worry about when compared to someone like yourself. It's when they start sending out the stronger warriors who don't need ships that we have to worry."
Finally, Awamori would put the ship on full blown auto pilot, unstrapping himself from the seat and coming to a slow stand. Reaching a hand into his pocket, a capsule was removed from it, the top clicked and the entire thing thrown to reveal a backpack of sorts. Reaching down, the human male put it on himself, looking over towards Giya as he slowly made his way towards the rear of the ship, doing his best not to fall. "As far as using katchin, it's a rare enough material that will be difficult to get our hands on as well as manipulate without the proper technology. We'll see if it's even possible to use and help upgrade your new body even further. Until then, keep your eyes on me and follow. We're going to abandon ship."
Only offering her a small nod afterwards, the man turned his attention towards the hatch before going for a running start and literally leaping out. His body flew a bit within the artificial winds that ship created, trying not to draft too much lest he'll be sucked back into the ship itself and crushed. Instead, a button was pressed on the right strap and the entire backpack began to shift in appearance. Two "exhaust" ports became visible from the bottom, as flames and fumes erupted from them and carried Awamori off away from the ship. Hopefully, Giya could keep up. The man did not turn to see if she was following, rather, he stayed his course and just assumed she would be right behind him.
It didn't take long, having memorized the location from pictures he was sent over the years. Finally, after flying through rock formations and mountains the human male would arrive, standing at the front face of a mountain before him. The jet pack was idled until it turned off, removing it from his person as he converted it back to a capsule form and hid it away, giving Giya a few more minutes to arrive.
GiyaSorry for the wait here, work was crazy. Let's get crackin', we have a mech and a body to get.

Giya pressed her hands to her chest after firing her beam attack while witnessing her own explosive power with glee, even though the ship they were in was about to explode too. Awamori sent out words of caution over the sound of the explosion her way. It was concerning the simple fighter pilots of the Arcosians versus their elite counterparts who never really needed a ship to destroy things or get about. It was a hilarious prospect in her mind for Giya already knew of these warriors, she was one of them originally, if not a high end scout for Gokkano who ranked near them. Giya turned to look at him as he spoke of katchin and only indicated they would have to wait and see about that. It upset her and she showed it by putting on a pouting frown. Yet she took to heart she would be changing her body soon as she could feel her arms ache as she moved them to her sides and jumped out to follow Awamori. The ship soon exploded after she did causing a shock wave in the air as she fell. Awamori was already way ahead of her with some kind of jet pack but in her attempt to follow him something happened... she could not get her energy to form properly! She managed to fly still but it was in short quick bursts that suddenly stopped and restarted. "Damn it!" she thought to herself. Her body was really giving out on her. She came to the conclusion on a number things about herself and her Arcosian interactions as she seemingly started to fall to her death from lack of ki. One, she had been the daughter of Enjin and Pina Metallico. Two, she had a younger sister named Pureto who much like her had been used in experiments to either enhance herself into a cyborg or build herself into one. Three, the evil aliens had worked her father into the ground and clearly her mother too as she suddenly found files of her mother keeping her distance from her inside her own mainframe. Four, in messing with her she had become their obedient tool whose power limitations were limitless because they took away her need to do anything except follow orders or act on their behalf. Fifth, clearly these issues had been erased and replaced with other issues when her mother rewrote her main computer. Giya now had the ability to independently think and act like a human but in doing so lost her ability to function her limitless energy engine to a degree. It was now misfiring maybe not because of use but her body now suddenly felt conflicted on whether she was still a robot, cyborg or not, rather than a human being. She nearly found herself unable to answer the question as she fell though and nearly landed with a "Splat!" near Awamori. Luckily, her engines kicked in and for what seemed for final push landed her next to him upright and beading with sweat. "We-we need to get this problem fixed. I need that upgrade and now... I'm very serious about that Katchin even if it does add on a few pounds or is as hard as you say it is to get." She huffed glaring now as she fell to her knees suddenly glad like a human would be to be alive.

He was about ready to go on without her, but the sight of her falling figure came into view. She seemed a bit out of control, to say the least. However, thankfully, she seemed to stick the landing well enough to not cause a Giya sized hole in the ground, or worse. Instead, after she landed she had fallen to her knees, muttering about how badly she needed her upgrade. It was something she had been saying since before they had departed Earth-2, and was becoming more evident with the moments that passed them. She was getting worse and worse, her body barely able to keep up at this point. Luckily they did not get much resistance, but if they stayed out here any longer that would likely change. "I'll do what I can. Again, Katchin isn't exactly a material that can be worked on easily. It's rumored to be an alloy only the gods had used, to find it being used in a mech like this is groundbreaking news. Either way..." He reached down, grasping under one of her arms and pulling her up to a stand, slinging the same arm over his shoulders to allow her to lean on him. "We've got to get you looked at." Without much of another word, Awamori would drag Giya a few steps, walking towards the rock formation in front of them before literally walking through it. It may have seemed weird to Giya, or anyone else for that matter, but the front face of the mountain was a hologram, a well generated one at that. It didn't move or digitize at all, even as the duo walked through it.
Within the mountain itself was a large cavern, lined with metal and lights that would lead up to a metal, bulk head-like door before them. It was evidently sealed shut, and would likely be able to resist strong attacks in an effort to breach the defenses. There was silence on the other end of the door, but Awamori knew better. There was always someone on the other side, or at least there was supposed to be. Unless they had been found out, which would be most troubling. "This is code name "R" reporting in. I have someone with me, she's Metallico's daughter." It took a few minutes, Awamori wasn't sure if they would let him in. He was supposed to be coming alone, but now was towing the Cyborg with him, and an ex-Neo PTO member's daughter to boot. Eventually, though, the bulk head door would begin to open slowly, allowing Awamori enough passage to walk him and Giya in through. The view before them was incredible, an underground maze of hallways before them, all lit up and looking like a fully functioning building. "It supposedly goes deeper into the planet, that's the escape route should things go south. I hear that they have some planetary self destruction mechanism down there, but who knows. It's a wonder as to how the Arcosians haven't found them yet." Unless they had and they were just biding their time. That clan was notorious for that. Standing there, the view of someone came into view coming from around the corner. An older man, much older than Awamori in fact, and frighteningly enhanced himself, most likely more so than Giya.
The entire right side of his face was completely metal, or at least it appeared that way, looping around to his entire jaw. That right eye was now a robotic scope of sorts, moving in various ways as it scanned both Awamori and Giya one after the other. An non-existent hairline revealing remnants still growing out from the back, and a bushy mustache that nearly covered that metallic jaw altogether. A voice came from the man, though the jaw didn't move, a "metal" sounds to it but definitely not all the way robotic, there was some humanity in there as well. "I see you have arrived... mostly unharmed, young man. It is good to see you again. And you've brought a friend, it appears. Metallico's daughter if I heard you correctly?" Awamori gave a slight nod, responding. "Yes. This is the defector's daughter. You two have much in common. Giya, this is Professor Ichigo. Code name "G" as I have been calling him for several years now." He walked forward with Giya, her arm still around his shoulders unless she saw it fit to remove it herself by now. "While I'm eager to get right down to business, we need to do something about her as well. She's got cybernetic upgrades to a failing human body. We have a new vessel, she's looking to be transferred into it. Perhaps we can go to your lab and speak on it."
The old doctor nodded, waving them both over to him as he began to walk away, using his cane for support. "Of course. This way, then." His tone pinned him for a kind old man, but he was a hard one to read, basically not having an expression at all due to most of his face being made of cold, unforgiving metal. They reached a room, which looked more like a doctor's room than anything, Giya was led to a medical examination bed. "She can explain it all better than I can. If you have any experience with Metallico's work you may already know what she's looking for." He'd remain quiet then, giving Giya the opening to speak on what she needed.

"De-defector... Code name... G..." Giya mumbled to herself as she felt Awamori drag her inside and begin talking to a man with half an upgraded metal face. She was very weak now and she knew she shouldn't have been but now she felt it was definitely because the Arcosians had installed her prior robot parts improperly. She didn't have to think much longer on it though for she found herself on a nice set of sheets and the old man with the robotic face seemed more than ready to help her. She smiled at him and uttered, "Mommy didn't help install my body parts so I'm not sure how exactly I work 100% of the time but she did enhance me biologically to the point I could handle transplants, or should be able to without an issue. To see both things failing here though is a bad sign that my life span was meant to be short or the fact I've somehow outgrown this body I'm in." She sighed and explained, "My robotics are mostly attached to and controlled by my daddy's Metallico spine. It can enhance a person into an android automatically by simply stretching and shrinking the body's muscles or appendages as needed to fill them with nano-machines and supply power infinitely. If we're to fix me, um, we need to take the spine out quickly transfer it to a new body, and let that body shrink and stretch as it needs to until it's filled with nano-machines." "I don't know what my father was basing it off of but if it works I'll likely be okay yet maybe gain a few pounds or a few inches on my new form. If not, well, I'll like explode into a bloody pulp on the floor. I can't say if he wanted to simulate the Saiyan's Oozaru powers in my cyborg form some way or something else but if you feel uncomfortable with leaving it up to chance... do something else to save me." She also cautioned before closing her eyes. She would leave it up to this doctor to enhance her as she needed to be. Whether this changed up who she was or how she looked she didn't care as long as she kept her power and remained alive.

The cybernetic enhanced doctor listened to Giya speak, nodding his head every so often. Finally, he'd break his silence once Giya had finished speaking. "Yes, yes. I am quite familiar with that Metallico Spine of yours, child. In truth, it works more like a parasite than anything else. Though it is still an incredible piece of technology, regardless." That metallic sounding voice almost echoed within the lab as he looked over to Awamori. "Do we have a body transplant, then?"
Awamori's hand dipped into his pocket as he removed a capsule from within, clicking it and letting it reveal itself on the lab floor as the cryo chamber containing Panel. The chamber itself was still working, keeping the body well preserved through this entire trip. "Ah, there it is. Awamori, would you be so kind as to place the transplant body face down onto that operating table there. And... Giya, was it? Please do the same on the bed you are sitting on now, dear. This will take some time, but we must make sure to do it right." Awamori remained quiet, simply doing as the robotic doctor had instructed. Turning the cryo chamber off, he reached into it and hefted the young female out of it, carrying her over to the other operating table and laying her face down onto it. The doctor had pressed a button or two, and robotic "hands" and tools descended from the ceiling, while the bed itself became covered in a half dome shaped wall of energy, unable to be seen through. "This is to ensure that nothing dangerous enters the body. Giya, if you would be so kind." The doctor would wait for Giya to do the same before proceeding, Awamori making his way over to the doctor's side, behind his control panel.
"How long is this going to take?" Was all Awamori said, his hands in his pockets as he watched Giya. The question could have been for multiple reasons, but likely it was for him to be able to go see what he actually came here to see. "It will take some time to do it right, as I said. You can leave if you wish, go see your weapon." His eyes wandered over to the doctor, but his stance and position never changing. "I can wait."
The doctor nodded, Ichigo turning his attention back towards Giya now and as soon as she would get into position they could begin the process.
GiyaSorry for the short post, still recovering here. Will definitely get to the meat and potatoes after your next post. Let's get her in a new body!

"Thank you, my father did well to build it into me," Giya stated hearing Professor Ichigo's compliments toward her father's work. She then witnessed Awamori pull Panel's body out from the cryochamer and smiled. It was almost time to leave her aching frame and enter an entirely newe one. He set it down next to her as Ichigo commented on being careful with the process and soon followed his instructions to role over onto her back. It was then that Awamori and he talked and the general decided to stay in the room and watch this whole transfer occur. She wondered why he would watch the whole proceeding when the doctor was letting him go to his robot outside but Giya just closed her eyes and chose to forget it. She took one last look at the area around her and clearly noted a barrier dropped around her bed to protect her. "Doctor Ichigo," she voiced trying to calm her nerves and relax her spine, "Please be sure not to cut too deep and try to be careful with my clothing. It's the only set I have on me unless you can offer me something new to wear following this."

A few more commands were input, and the barrier would completely enclose both beds now, saving anyone with a weak stomach from having to look at the procedure itself when it was to begin. The doctor arched a single brow, the only one he had in all reality, when Giya mentioned something about her clothing. He looked over his shoulder to Awamori, whose expression did not change, before turning away. "Y-Yes, of course. And if anything were to happen we have more than enough durable clothing here to replace it. A battle suit perhaps, or a girl such as yourself may like--" Awamori's hand came to the doctor's shoulder and gave it a bit of a squeeze, eyes glaring a hole into the back of the old man's head as he cut him off from speaking further. "Ahem, that is to say, everything will be fine. Now, let us begin." Awamori did not want the old man to speak too much, he would rather have the procedure over and done with. Before long, a narcotic gas was released within the energy barrier, a potent substance that would work quickly on Giya and render her unconscious. Perhaps it was the doctor behind careful, or just that he felt bad, as something like this could be painful for even a Cyborg. He would know.
Her vital signs were stared at on the screen before him, and when Ichigo saw what he needed to he gave a nod and turned to Awamori. "Before I start this, what is the point? I didn't expect you to go this far. She wasn't going to make it much farther, now you're risking her becoming a burden on our plan." Awamori's arms shifted upwards, crossing over his chest with a slight shake of his head. He was right, to an extent. His eyes had closed, thinking of a way to answer, but it was what Ichigo said next that made them shoot back open and give him an angry glare. "I thought we were clear that we only needed the Metallico Spine. Now you're going to have us transfer it into another body?" Awamori's cold gaze said it all, sucking in on his teeth in dismay, as if completely dismissing the doctor then and there. "She won't be a burden to anyone. She's strong and she can fight. And she can take orders, from what I can see. She'll be an asset to us once we get back on Earth-2. And consider this practice, then. You'll have all the information you'll need after this, to make another spine and how to do the transfer yourselves. I gave you what you wanted, essentially. Now, finish this so I can get to why I'm really here."
The doctor shook his head a bit, turning his back to Awamori as he began to go to work. The skilled mechanical hands he was controlling were able to remove clothing and fold them away, before incisions were made into flesh. "Is it because she reminds you of--" Awamori could feel himself wanting to snap this man's neck when he heard him begin to speak, abruptly cutting him off. "Don't you dare, Ichigo. Mind your mouth. We're both working towards a common goal, don't misunderstand that for an opportunity to talk about my personal life, even if your own planet suffered a fate I am trying to avoid with my own. I appreciate your help, but let's keep it there. Understood?"
"Hmph. Of course." A metallic sounding grunt escaped Ichigo, his eyes never leaving the screen as he had already fully removed the Metallico Spine from Giya's body, moving it over to the new one. It was true, Ichigo looked human enough, save for the majority of his body being enhanced by all those cybernetic parts, but he was not an Earthling. Awamori once again stopped him, yet his voice was a bit less stern. "Hold it. I don't need this sample anymore, so if you can find a way to infuse it into her body as well, feel free." One of the last capsules Awamori had was activated, revealing a golf ball sized ball, a greyish black in color, and incredibly heavy for its size. Ichigo held out a mechanical hand as Awamori let it roll into it. "The katchin sample?" Awamori nodded. "Yes. I no longer need it. The mech is nearly completely made of it, and if I have a desire to find any of the others I have the best possible sample I can get my hands on." Ichigo would nod once again, as another mechanical hand came over to him, and he placed the sphere within the grips.
The machinery went to work, capable of heating the alloy up to the point were it would begin to slowly liquefy, almost looking like molten mercury. The spine itself was inserted into Panel's open back, the grips opening up before it would snap around her actual spine, the liquid katchin being carefully poured into an open slot on the Metallico Spine, in order to infuse her entire skeletal structure with a bit of it. She would not feel a weight gain, per say, but her bones would not break as easily either. The nanites within the spine went to work in upgrading Giya's new body within an instant, while the mechanical arms that Ichigo controlled made sure to complete the entire thing without a mess. The procedure did not take long at all, as the doctor began the process of closing the opening and placing her clothing back on, aside from the scar that would likely heal up completely on its own with help from the spine and nanites, it did not even seem like a surgery had just happened. The marvels of alien technology. "What shall I do with the other body?"
Awamori would turn away from the screen, moving towards the door to leave now that the procedure was done. The door slid open as he stood there before moving to leave. "It's as good as a corpse now. Get rid of it. If she has a problem with that she can come see me. I'm going to the other wing, you can send her to me once she's awake." And with that he had left them, Ichigo hitting more buttons on the panels to have Giya's old body covered and wheeled out of the room, while the barrier continued to stay up for her new form, watching her vitals on screen for when she would be waking.
On the outside of the room, Awamori had made his way to the other wing, entering two sliding doors, and on the other end he was hit with zero gravity, able to float as if he weight absolutely nothing. Before him was what he came for, the real reason he was here. If he were a more emotional man he would cry in happiness. The titan sized mech attached to various wires, seemingly in a hangar while several workers continued to run diagnostic tests on it. His eyes took the entire thing in.
"Finally..."
Those were the only words he could muster at this point. Giya

It went without saying that the body transfer Giya underwent concluded with few hassles. She was unconscious, in the hands of a skilled doctor, and having the process done by high tech nanobots and metal skeleton insert. The woman awakened an hour later from the procedure with absolutely no damage on her back at all. She remained flat against her bed with her stomach laying upon the sheets provided before deciding to gaze around. What she found was she was in a room much like a hospital room with a monitor nearby scanning her. She sighed and looked towards it with a craning neck uttering, "I'm done with the body transfer... Professor... Awamori..." her hands soon covered her mouth though for what she heard coming out of her mouth was a tone of voice not only different then her own but Panel's voice as well. It was quite feminine but with an air of confidence different than either of them had ever spoken like. She lowered her hands and closed her mouth slowly arching her back only to find as she did that her body was definitively different too. It felt longer and the moment she looked down at herself under her own sheets she couldn't help but blush. The reason being that while the Katchin added no weight to her body the nanites in her clearly had chosen to morph it more then expected. They not only made her feel and look taller but gave her a hefty chest, a tiny waist, and some of the biggest hips she had ever seen. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she screeched not from pain but the pure shock of now having what looked like an extremely weak, human body. Her eyes, from this frightening situation, closed in a manner so that anyone who heard her might come running only to find her body sprawled out atop the bed in a near death-like state. Her full luscious lips moved on their own whispering, "It's hideous. What happened? This isn't right." She had wanted to be a stronger robot and continue doing her job. Now she was quickly learning the process had turned her into a super model (at least in appearance). Her brain was in such a shock over this that she tried to internally check the files stored within her to see if something had gone wrong but every message came up the same: "SYSTEM CHECK: SUBJECT EXTREMELY HEALTHY." The messages did not need to go that far saying that but the currently mentally drifting Giya now felt worry as if errors from before might reoccur for her. She wanted the Professor to come right away and get her off her bed. The reason being she needed to hit something and Awamori had said that somewhere in this lab was a giant robot. If she was truly still a warrior she needed to know if she could at least send it flying or damage the machine in the minimalist of manners. It was important to her pride as a former killer of the Arcosian's N-PTO group a group that regularly conquered planets. "Maybe she's still here?" She pondered in her unconscious on the prospect of Panel being in the depths of her memory banks and searched them for any signs of her still being inside. Nothing popped up though. The two women were of the same mind and body making it so that both ceased to exist. There was no sign of her and the woman only saw pitch black darkness around her in her empty head.

A shrill scream would catch the attention of someone, however that someone was not Awamori. Rather, it was Doctor Ichigo, the man who performed the surgery on Giya that would come into the room in a bit of a hurry, yet leaning heavily on that cane. He blinked his one, natural eye while the robotic one moved about, looking similar to a chameleon in nature. "Dear me, dear me. What lungs on you, child? I am hoping it is a scream of happiness, or did I not do a good job?" Her expression made it obvious, though. She did not seem overly happy with what had occurred. He had approached her bed, under his free arm were a set of clothes that he had gathered for her, placing them on a nearby chair for her to get changed into. "Not what you expected, I am assuming. Regardless, I hope you are at least not in pain? It was my first time installing such technology into a living body like yours. It seems you have... evolved quite a bit, then?" Ichigo was unsure as to how to approach this, as he was merely instructed by Awamori to do the deed, and he was under the impression that Giya was quite aware of the circumstances of such a procedure. "You were aware things would be different, did you not? And... I am... talking to Giya... correct?" Perhaps the procedure had gone awry, and this was not Giya herself but the consciousness of the person whose body they were using? That robotic eye began to move in various directions once more.
Meanwhile, in the other wing of the underground base, Awamori floated in zero gravity, overlooking the giant mech before him for the first time live and in person. He had pressed against the cold metal of the monster, feeling it touch his bare skin. It felt unforgiving, it felt powerful, it felt like hid destiny had finally revealed itself. The machine was truly a marvelous thing to see "in the flesh" so to speak. It was gigantic, taller or as tall as most buildings in West City, so something like this would be a liability in a populated area such as that. It made his mind work, the gears turning as to where he should take this beautiful monstrosity and raise it as his own, harness its power. "She's pretty big, huh? Everything should be in order, we're just running some final tests on her." A voice came out from behind Awamori, but he didn't turn to look. It was a human, likely a sympathizer of his and his cause who had left Earth-2 a few years ago to start this very mission they were on. "Yes. She's absolutely splendid. When will those final tests be done?" Awamori pushed off, floating in the zero gravity of the room upwards towards the chest area of the mech, where the open cockpit was. Inside, a comfortable looking black leather chair was seated in the center, several controls lay before it. Everything at his disposal, ready to be use for his cause. The body of the voice followed him. "Uh, soon, I guess. You're a little earlier than we expected, but I don't think you'll be waiting much longer, sir." Awamori nodded, still not looking at the source of that voice. "Good, good. That's very good." Those were the only words the older male could muster up in response, while once again the other human spoke up. "This thing, though... it's... it's not like other mechs I've worked on, or piloted. It's different. It was made different, it's... almost like it's alive? I don't know, sir. It's weird. First test pilot dropped dead before we got her off the ground, that's why we had to basically tow it all the way down here. Ichigo can explain it better, after all his people built this crazy thing."
Awamori would look directly at the source of the voice for the first time in their entire brief exchange. He was a younger man, definitely in comparison to Awamori anyway. His cold, blue eyes burned a hole into the boy, looking as judgemental as ever, as if he had just insulted his child. "It's not your place to worry about such things. Get back to your post and get me those diagnostic results. Now." Clearly shocked, the young man nearly flew back in surprise at Awamori's sudden anger. Nodding nervously, he would push off and float away towards where Awamori had instructed him to, Awamori, on the other hand continued to stare into the cockpit of the mech, taking everything in.

The moment Dr. Ichigo stepped back into Giya's room he would not be talking to the same woman he had necessarily treated before. The reason being that Giya had not only physically changed but mentally changed as well. The Giya from the procedure before had been successfully transplanted into Panel's body but in doing so altered her immensely. She ducked under the sheets she was in and did not come out as Dr. Ichigo lambasted her with questions and tried to assess her state. Giya listened to him but only peeked out long enough to see his weird wandering, mechanical eye looking at her and the pile of clothes he set aside too. She gulped and whimpered, "Giya is Giya but she isn't home." What she meant was that the Giya with previously dark, sullen eyes was not around for this Giya in her search to find Panel had run into and randomly activated this version of Giya in her mainframe. It was her secondary form of power and the real form this so-called upgrade was meaning to aim for. Unfortunately, because the young woman had no way to handle the power this new form possessed it came to be that she was swallowed by her own mind and now was sitting in a body of a fake weakling. She wasn't sure if she had answered the doctor's questions right but this Giya hoped to have answered the question of whether he was talking to her or not. She got some courage though in her big chest and with it pulled herself out from under the sheets after a few minutes and sat upright on the edge of the bed. "I underwent a procedure right? Did I get a shot or was it something worse, oh, wait it might have been worse." She scratched the back of her head giggled at the man and slowly landed on the floor in the prior set of clothes she had worn coming in. She spread out her arms then announced with a full frontal view of her clothed torso, "I'm fully aware of the technology in me. It's not running badly in me but I just don't like my breasts and hips, okay." She then curled her fingers like she wanted him to come closer and ordered, "Please dress me. You have an obligation as my doctor to ensure my comfort right?" If he did come closer he'd see that one other major thing her body had done was change her eye color from black to blue. Right now though one eye glowed one color and the other the opposite color. "And please, if you can, bring Awamori back in so he can fully understand why I came with him on this trip. I feel I had some clarity after the surgery on what happened after mother died." she stated with a smirk on here face. "If you can't get him back in here well then to put things in short terms. I'm a clone of a clone of a clone at this point, but maybe not anymore. The reason being mother birthed me, turned me into a robot, had my sister, turned her into a robot, and then took me back to Earth to reveal one thing after moving me into her body secretly. I was never her daughter to begin with in a sense that I had almost nothing human about me left." She rubbed the back of her neck and uttered, "All I am is possibly data in a machine now, or was. I thought I had been living in my real body but until you gave me this real, stable one... I had been moving from body to body. Arcosians, they don't like humans; so they'd never ever use them in their armies. I was simply transferring from my original body to my sister's robot body and now into this woman's body via the technology you just moved for me. My sense of touch tells me this and the emotions I'm feeling now realizing my mother let my sister die to..." She seemed cheerful initially but now she cried her eyes out truly hoping the professor might comfort her. Giya had never really cried before and had been acting erratically in her prior state because her mother uploaded feelings onto her system. She had meant them to either kill or save her and luckily they had been to save her. Her hands killing her own mother were part of her prior system's efforts to fully remain a robot but she had become a true cyborg now.

The doctor had listened to her go on, not sure what to make of the after effects of the procedure. She seemed find, though perhaps the entire thing would take some getting used to for her. His one, natural eye widened in shock at her proposal for him to dress her, scoffing as he waved a hand dismissively at her. "Child, what you are wearing is fine. I simply brought you something more fitting for a battle should you wish to not ruin your current clothing." The doctor had mentioned a battle, something that was not previously mentioned before at all, even before the procedure. "Awamori is in the process of testing the mech that was promised to him. Diagnostic tests will be done shortly on it and all will be well." He had turned his back to her for a moment, as if to walk away but stopped to continue to address her. "Arcosians don't like anyone that is capable of out thinking them, or show resilience. The man who created that technology within you was one such person. But some victims of those organizations are simply victims themselves, caught up in their own fight for revenge." He turned again to fully face her, one hand leaning on his cane, the other tucked behind his back. "I may look somewhat human but I am no Earthling. My people came from a planet called Baku, and I am the last remaining member of the Bakujin race. That mech that Awamori is so enamored by is a creation of mine from almost 300 years ago." He paused a bit, letting that sink in for a moment before continuing. "My creations were a part of a revenge war against a barbaric race of warriors called the Saiyajin who enslaved us at the time. We would have firmly taken hold of our freedom had it not been for the original PTO's orders to eradicate both our planet, for attempting to gain our freedom, and the planet of our slavers. The Saiyajin home world was not destroyed, however, as most of the planet had been eradicated by my creations, though my people suffered the most, it seems. I sympathize for Awamori's cause, and his love for his home. Which is why I was willing to give him the last remnant of my people as a weapon to protect his planet. There were ten in total like this one, and I assured him they had all been destroyed but he is convinced they still wander the universe waiting to be found." Ichigo would simply shrug at that, before giving a slight cough. "Ah, well. That's enough about the ramblings of an old man. Perhaps you should go find Awamori then? He is in the western wing. Leave this room and turn left, keep going until you see two large hull doors. You can't miss them. Oh, and the room has zero gravity in effect almost always, so do not be alarmed if you start suddenly floating when you enter." He had turned his back to her again, moving to leave the room. "It was a pleasure to meet you, Giya. The technology within you is marvelous. I am eager to see how it stacks up against my own creation. Awamori has every intention of testing both of your limits."
At that Ichigo would leave the room. The pseudo-battle attire left in the room stayed neatly folded on a chair as Giya was left alone. In the other part of the underground base, Awamori had already slipped into the cockpit of the mech, leaning back into the chair with his eyes closed, taking everything in. He had heard from Ichigo how this machine worked. It fed off the ki energy of a person, that is to say their very life force. The twin generators in the giant machine was capable of turning ki and using it as fuel. There was no need for combustible liquids or gasses, or anything of the sort when it came to these machines. It just came down to how strong the person piloting the mech was. Awamori's hand reached out to grab one of the control handles, feeling it within his palm. He wondered where the energy was sucked in from, opening his eyes to look around the cockpit idly, still waiting for those final diagnostic results.
Giya As a note, what Ichigo brought in looks something like this:
