Garment was focused on Training. He had already focused on getting Money but now in the Southern regions of the earth, he was focused on mastering his ki and learning about certain powers like flight and increasing the power of his psychic abilities. It was going to be hard training for sure. He stood at the Beach head forcing his ki out of his body as he used his psychic powers to pull some of the water in the ocean into the sky above him before bringing back down the water. It was not too hard for him but at the same time, it didn't get him anywhere. He looked around the beach into the sky. It was turning to night so no one was around. He'd wish someone was he thought that normal training by himself would not get him anywhere. He needed to find someone to try out his power with. Someone to just fight and train with his martial arts. Practicing would make one moves more sharp and clean but the only way to master them to try them out. He'd finally sigh as he sat down in the sand and closing his eyes. He'd use his power to feel the ki around him feeling all the small creatures that dug in the sand around him. It was an odd feeling using the power he had to focus really hard to feel ki but it was a good feeling.

Yomi stood on the beach a short distance away from Garment, a fried tube of fish meat impaled on a stick in one hand and the other at his side. He took a hearty mouthful of the fried treat, munching quietly. Upon swallowing, a look of contentment crossed the demon's face. In all his years and in all his journeys across all different worlds, he never found a delicacy quite as succulent and savory as this. Indeed, it was one of the best, if not the best the planet had to offer in terms of cuisine. 'So simple, too. If there is one thing these mortals know it's good food. His deep and oh-so-important thoughts on the fried fish meat were interrupted by a loud splash.
In his deep thinking state, he hadn't been paying attention and didn't notice the boy performing psychic feats next to him. Unfortunately for him, the splash caused by the water falling back into the ocean drenched the young Makaioshin. His wet locks clung to his face as he let out a low growl. turning slowly to look at Garment. "You... you splashed me." He said in a barely audible whisper, his tone one of barely concealed rage and disbelief. As if the demon's situation couldn't get any worse, the wet, limp lump of meat fell off the stick, falling into the sand below. Yomi's fiery crimson gaze fell to the now sand-covered snack. "And now my fish stick..." His eyes flicked back up to Garment.
"I hope you have another one." He hissed.

Garment looked up as he heard a voice of as a man looked right at him. He was splashed by the attack he had done earlier. Sweat went down his eyebrow. He seemed mighty mad that he had splashed him. It was an accident to be sure and why would a man be out here at the beach so late. Great, this was not good he better says something and apologizes. He'd get up looking at Yomi as the fish hit the ground between them being covered in sand. No, the man seemed really mad as he flicked his eyes back at him. Garment gulped as he looked at the man, "I'm really sorry sir that was an accident that won't happen again." He bowed his head to Yomi. The man told him he hoped he had another one. Of course, Garment took that as a threat. He'd straighten himself looking at Yomi, " Listen, man, I made a mistake, ok but I don't have another one. I'm a trained martial artist so it's a bad idea to pick a fight with me ok." He said trying to scare the man. Then again he most likely saw him use his power to move the sea and didn't back off so he probably was not even scared of what he just did. Garment looked at him. He didn't want to fight the man but he also was not going to be harassed by him for an honest mistake. He was going to stand his ground. That why people learned and used Martial arts. It was used to protect them and he was willing to do that since this man seemed intent on threating him. He’d stood his ground pushing his bag leg back as he got into a stance just in case the man attacked. Yomi

Yomi's scowl turned to a look of curiosity when the boy before him mentioned he was a trained martial artist. "Oh, you are a trained martial artist, are you?" He smirked. "How interesting. Someone with the ability of telekinesis that is trained in the martial arts. Such a creature would be strong, correct?" He snickered in amusement when Garment took up his stance. 'I haven't had a good bout in quite some time. Maybe I can...'
With a small chuckle, he shrugged. "Oh, why not? Let us battle!" He put his left arm behind his back and held up his right hand in a defensive stance. "Prepare yourself, mortal. Your people have potential, but i'll show you what happens when you try and touch the sun." He shifted his stance. "Be honored. You are the first of your kind to face me. But before we begin, there is something you must know; I am a trained martial artist as well. I have lived for over ten thousand years. Let us see who has had the better training, eh?"
The Makaioshin paused briefly, his smile widening slightly. "Now then, come at me."

Garment looked straight at the man as he mentioned something odd. He called him a creature and not a human. Did that mean this man was not a human? He had pale skin and black hair so he looked human enough. The man let out a small chuckle as Garment raised an eyebrow, "Whats so funny." Garment spoke before the man said as he said let's battle. Garment didn't want to battle but at the same time, he didn't seem to have a choice. The man had a defensive stance hopefully he could set the pace. The man called him a mortal as it clicked in his mind what he believed this man to be. His Aura exploded with rage as Garment narrowed his gaze as his hair stood up as he gritted his teeth. This man was a demon, wasn't he? That explained a lot the claim to call him mortal his next words only furthered the possible conclusion. He stated he was over ten thousand. He could not be human if he was 10,000 years old. He was curious who had better training but he didn't care. Now it was not about the training he was gonna destroy him. A demon was a scourge and against them, he could not hold back for anything. He powered up to his max as his vein popped out of his head as the sand and water near the ocean were blown away as a Psychic wave rushed around him as he looked at Yomi with Determination. The question was now who would be able to make the first and most important move. "You're about to eat your own words Demon!!!"

A few hundred yards off on the far side of the beach a young woman wearing an armored green chest plate,a black body suit and a white shorts lay upon a large rock staring up at the sun. Her black eyes reflected off its light as she attempted to scan the skies for enemies. Her name was Giya and her goal was to find, assess, and possibly fight them so as to gather the N-PTO information.
This lass with cold eyes sat up knowing she had been air dropped here by her superiors within the last seven days to complete this mission or not return home. Sadly, her goal had yet to be fulfilled as the people who took her to this planet her father and mother had been born many years ago did not appear to know any good landing spots. They had dropped her on an island or series of islands with little human contact on them. It was a good place to hide but without people here to study intelligence gathering was impossible.
She intended to leave within the hour, however, a huge amount of sand breaking apart on the other side of the beach made her reconsider rather quickly. She turned towards the source and spotted two peoples' silhouettes poised for battle with her enhanced optical scanners. "That looks worth investigating I can figure out if that's humans over there worth fighting and if not I can leave and find somewhere to refill my energy."
She said this in a figurative sense as she touched her forehead with her left hand and sighed. Ever since she had been turned into a robot at age ten she'd never really had to eat again unless she really wanted to. She could compensate any energy loss with her built in energy matrix. That though was a different story as she leaped off the rock she was and hovered towards the ensuing fight. The first to strike was surely going to get the best opportunity to fight and she had a highly sophisticated anti-detection system with which to do this. She'd activate it almost immediately and lower her initial power level throughout her body to zero in order to avoid detection heading straight for this apparent fight but not actually getting ready to attack. She'd need to wait a moment to see what her current foes could do if they were actually humanoids fighting or wild animals.

Cutting in here OOCly just make sure we keep things going.
It's been just about 48hours since Yomi posted. Giya , you have the right to initialize this fight with Garment since you have the higher init roll here, but it will lock Yomi out of the battle or you can wait for Yomi some more if you'd like to make it a triple threat fight free for all. Up to you. Either way, have fun and happy rolling!

Giya continued to hover towards her targets at top speed. Her optical sensors picked on the fact one was human and the other something else entirely so by simple elimination she equated the one that was human was an easier target. She stopped before him with her entire body exited from high velocity and reached hooked fingers out to grab at his face.
This grab was her first attack attempted by her left hand to crush his lips, cheeks, etc. with inhuman force. Her second attack was a fist she pulled back and fired straight into his stomach and her third and forth attacks were two kicks in-between his legs to knock him to the floor. In spite of being a whole foot shorter then this man, and clearly weighing far less then him, the android was told by the battle display executing commands in her head to crush his head and aim for his stomach as well as some weird space between his legs.
Her mind only sought to complete these orders even though part of her brain warned her to be careful of him. Something around here had kicked up a lot of sand and it had to be him. The problem was she felt he was unable to do this as he looked like a regular business albeit with a little extra muscle under his black suit. There was yet to be any true sense of danger to her as she got off the first hits of this fight.
Only two things raced through her mind, the first was whether she was going to be able to end this quickly. The second thing she thought as well as stated aloud while committing to her strikes, "Sir my sensors say you're human, but as an android, they tell me to hit you between the legs. What's down there?" Giya hoped to not tick this target off yet she needed to know all about humans as much as possible. The Arcosians wanted weak spots on them yet their limited data in this day and age was not enough to get a full scope of what they accomplished as a species. It was necessary to help them completely prep their armies for anything as legends stated Saiyans killed them in the past rather easily. Giya was their specially made scout created to attest to the power of other aliens in the universe.
In Giya's case though it was not just for that. Something in her memories banks that felt like it had been erased was trying to surface. This notion was the lost idea of her knowing what a man actually was and the potential to connect with them for their survival of her true species humanity by means of love. Her prey likely would not see that this way as this extremely violent, shrimp of a woman went about smashing his jewels amidst this sudden attack. She blushed though under these strange circumstances as she went about trying to kill this very lovely looking man.

Garment had an enraged look as he stared down Yomi before he seemed to disappear and he heard movement behind him though he had no time to do much about it. A hand grasped at his face though he could not feel any ki. Garment felt pain surge through his face as he was being crushed. He needed to get away but before he could even put that into motion he was kicked in the stomach that knocked the air out of him though he recovered quick. He reached out to grasp the hand but then he felt a new surge of ki that she kicked him not only once but twice in the nether region. His eyes widened as he collapsed letting go as he grasped his crotch. He let out a groan, she was fighting cheap. Garment looked up the veins bulging to life. That really hurt but he was still hyped up on anger. That Demon he had to take care of him but it seemed he had to fight her first. This fighter spoke revealing she was an android and was curious what was between his legs. Apparently whoever built her told her to attack there. Garment groaned at the idea, so she was someone sent out to attack him or something? What had he ever done? Garment was still recovering so he decided to be more subtle. He placed his hand on the ground slowly moving one of the smaller trees behind with his psychic powers.
"You hit me in my jewels you see. It was a good kick it hurt like hell." He grimaced trying to play it off as if she had done a far greater damage then she actually had. Of course, he was still hurting like hell. It was why he was going to try and knock her away to get his barring. He'd move his other hand slightly using his Psychic powers to lift the sand behind her to cover his face. This was meant to just distract her as the tree snapped out of the ground bark and roots snapping out of the ground and from the tree. He'd spun his hand as the tree came swinging to the left of the woman, "Your kick was bad but they won't be bad as this." The tree would attempt to slam into her knocking him away into the woods like he was hitting a baseball with a bat. If she would use some stealthy tactics he had to do the same.

"Good, I'm glad it hurts," Giya commented in response to Garment's words. A cloud of sand then surrounded her and out of nowhere her internal sensors picked up a large object coming at her. This object turned out to be a giant tree as it slammed into her rib cage and snapped in half. The blow sent her rolling across the sand but she managed to grip the ground with her hands and rise back up to her feet.
"Urgh," she growled while wincing from the pain upon standing. Her body was completely in tact from a blow that was made to break it in half. She was glad to be filled with robotic enhancements even though a red bruise the size of a dime formed on her flank. She knew she needed to continue her mission now beginning to assess this human was capable of moving things without much thought.
Her body ran towards at him in a curved arc in order to counteract this. She stretched out her right arm with intent to bring her forearm across the center of his belly with a strong lariat as soon as she reached his right side. If this knocked the wind out of him, a strong left punch flowed in front of her face and behind his head to hit him at the base of his skull. A slight squeeze of her muscles then would then have him in a painful grapple one that she intended to end end by using the full weight of her body to drop him onto the sand at their feet with a thunderous "Boom!"

He seemed to hurt her but he was not sure how much. He could see grimaced and growled but that didn't tell all that much. What did tell him a lot was when she ran over right at hand slamming her right arm into his gut. He was hit being lifted off the ground as her left fist came flying down. As left fist lift would hit him in the head before she slammed him right into the dirt. He crashed coughing out blood into the sand. That one hurt like hell. She must have been a monster if she was this strong. He thought about just trying to flee get away from this battle. But why run away? Was he that afraid of her. She was strong but he was strong too. He just had to show it. He'd place his palm on the ground lifting a rock off the beachhead to slam into arm so she'd let go of him. If that worked he'd spin around doing a donkey kick to slam into her gut and sending her into the air before flipping to his feet and using his psychic powers to launch her even higher into the sky. He was not sure how much this would work. However, he knew if he didn't do something he was going to be in a really bad spot. She was going to beat him down if he didn't knock her away and just get a little breath. He just needed a little bit to recover from her surprise attack.

Giya succeeded in slamming her opponent into the ground after hitting him a few times. She wanted to keep this going because while not as challenging as other beings she had trained with she realized why the Arcosians might start to think humans as a minor threat. She went to lift herself and her target off the ground with her tiny body only to find the man had gone and placed his palm on the ground. She was not sure what this was for yet soon found out when a boulder hit her seconds later in the left arm. She released her foe only to also get kicked in the gut.
The young woman then hurtled into the air where Garment caught her with some strange sort of force as he stood up. "This isn't good. Retro thrust activate." she commanded. A pure yellow aura surrounded her tiny body in the form of a sphere and began to pull her down towards the ground. Here whole body shook in the moments she attempted to resist this weird force. Generally, this was used to combat inclement weather but seeing as he was controlling her this was a perfect chance to use it in something other then that kind of situation.
Another sphere appeared in her right hand glowing the same color as the energy around her and she raised it throwing from her wrist a bolt of power that split into four and bombarded the foolish human with strong electricity. She was not going to be his plaything or doll. She needed to continue her tests to see just how strong he was and her failure wasn't going to help assess this.

He'd look up to see she stopped herself as a Sphere formed in her hand as she fired down at him. Garment began to run as the beams flying down and crashing into him. He felt shock going through his body as he screamed out in pain and rage. That hurt like hell and he had to pay her back for that. He clenched his fist as he kicked off the ground flying towards the woman pulling his fist back. He had to really hurt her if he wanted to beat her back. She had been throwing him around like a rag doll and he had to do something about it. He'd fly up above Giya pulling his arms back as he attempted to slam his fist down on Giya head to knock her into the ground. He really didn't have much else to do. Though there was one other thing he could ask. He could ask why she was attacking him. It seemed so random She just came out of the woods and attacked him, "Why are you attacking me anyway ms." He asked as he attacked Giya attempting to knock her into the ground.

Giya's body hurtled into the ground the moment Garment counterattacked her with an overhead smash. She heard his question asking the reason for her attack on him but before she answered her face hit the ground. When her lips tasted sand she rolled over and heard a voice connect with her internal radio array.
"Giya, that's enough. I order you to end your training regimen," the voice speaking to her commanded. She knew immediately that it was her mother so she stopped where she was and lay breathing slightly on the ground. Her mother, while not someone she ever normally listened to, had for this one time in recent memory been given the chance to direct her daughter's actions for this training session.
"Mother, have I trained hard enough? Do you have your stupid data on me in concerns to assess these weak humans." Giya voiced aloud. She stood to her feet and looked up at Garment yelling, "That's right I'm here to train myself and assess you weaklings for the N-PTO. Mother doesn't want me to fight anymore so let's call it a truce."
She did not raise a hand after this as a spaceship from before descended back into lower orbit. It hovered over the beach before positioning itself behind Giya and touching down. The hatch opened and a woman whom looked similar to Giya stepped out of the ship with the shadows of two Arcosians standing over her. She was for all intents and purposes a non-combatant but essential to Giya's growth as a warrior thanks to the fact that only she was able to upgrade the young woman.
The primary differences between Giya and her were while the two shared matching black eyes and skin color her mother, Pina, had vibrant, curly orange hair that framed her face and traveled down the small of her back. She also had completely different wardrobe choices then Giya because of her rather buxom figure. This woman by all means was someone who looked like she was in her mid to early thirties but was really in her fifties as she came out wearing not a lab coat but a red two piece bikini with a blue and white flower inner-tube. She also had a syringe in her other hand that looked fresh and prepped to draw blood with a new needle.
If Garment somehow stopped and tried to question this spectacle Giya was not going to attack him or defend the ship that arrived behind them further, unless she had to. Though she wanted to continue her fight she knew her mother had to collect her research and then, as her one day of freedom for the week, spend her time on the beach of her apparent home world. As long as she collected her research for the day the two Arcosians shadowing her in the background were happy to let her do as she pleased. They just wanted this woman to build, clone, etc. the N-PTO's extra soldiers as needed. Giya was one such soldier who at this point they were willing to do so with.

He looked at Giya as she seemed to be talking to herself. She said mother which made him confused. She also called the human race weak. From the Language, he assumed that these people or this person at least was not from earth. She talked about some group called the N-PTO. She had told him that she had been asserting them for something more. He locked eyes with the young woman staring her down. She seemed to be working for a group and they wanted to take over the earth. He could not allow that. Yes, he was not the strongest. Yes, he was not the best at fighting. If he didn't stop her then they would all be in serious trouble. His aura flared to life as the ship appeared overhead he had no intention of backing down. His eyes flashed to life as he pointed at Giya, "You may assume us as weak but that is your first mistake. Our strength does not come with ki it comes through our courage." His vein bulked up as he called upon his psychic powers once more. He was going to every single ounce of it to beat back this powerful android. "Yah you guys look tough and all, but I ain't about to just let you leave if your apart of some group that wants to take over my home." He kicked off the ground flying at the android with great haste as he'd attempt to combo the android with a barrage of powerful blows as he attempted to knock her towards the ocean.
He thought to himself of a plan a bad one but he had to give it a go. Assuming she was an android or cyborg of some type meaning she was made of metal. If he could knock her into the sea he could defeat her. Maybe she would cease to work and that would stop her at least for enough time where he could feel they not be a threat for some time. At this time, however, they were still a threat and had to be taken care of for a time being. Awamori was right. There was alien who thought they could take over the earth. He had proved it would not be as easy as claiming they would. There would men and women to stop them. "I won't let any of you take my home or call us weak!"
