"Beep!" "Beep!" "Beep!"
A loud warning alarm resounded throughout the hull of a small, circular space ship cruising just above the the Earth II's atmosphere. Inside it it's passengers two Arcosians (small lizard humanoids with large spikes and horns) glared down at a metal box with a tinted glass cover.
"This is the box we're supposed to be dropping atmosphere right?" one the creatures asked whipping around his long, white tail with worry.
The other, a creature with a missing horn on his head, nodded and gulped as he looked down at the box while saying, "I know we're on the weaker scale here when it comes to overall power, but do you think it was right of our conglomerate to drop this thing off here?"
The other Arcosian shrugged his shoulder and grabbed the box with his tail easily lifting it up without a hassle onto his tiny shoulder. "You shouldn't be questioning that now that we're here. But... I don't think we should question this choice at all. What's in here I hear is extremely deadly. Unfortunately, it's not one of us."
"You're right. I hear it's a human we captured and experimented on. If what's down below our ship is their home we best drop them off there and let them destroy it." The second stated without remorse as he walked towards a panel at the far end of the ship and hit a red button on it. A hatch then opened below them as they found themselves descending through a layer of clouds. The ship would stop the moment its sensors spotted an island below it.
"I'm chucking this thing out," the first Arcosian with the box on his back stated.
"Do it already."
Without another word the box was tossed and dropped three hundred feet from the air landing in the water below. The two aliens then left, locking up their ship as they did, and the box without any floats sunk to the bottom of the ocean. About a thousand feet down though a sensor went off due to the pressure and a small white glove slammed through the top of it. A woman emerged as she used the freed hand she had to rip off the top of the box. She was very short in stature but had jet black hair and eyes, a pale complexion, and a green and white battle chest plate only along with matching boots, shorts, and a black spandex suit underneath. She used both legs to quickly swim to the surface and definitely should have drowned, however, her lung capacity was so great it allowed her to go much further down into the ocean then her human contemporaries.
She reached the surface without much hassle and simply kicked against the waves with her mighty legs landing on a beach covered in rocks twenty minutes later. "I'm here." She stated as she stepped out of the water, stripped down to her body suit and tossed here other gear aside. Any onlooker was likely to think she was just some pretty lady swimming at the beach. Unfortunately, as her eyes zoomed in on the landscape she saw nothing there except palm trees, sand and the occasional monkey.
The first thing she did after this was sit down, twist herself towards the ocean and zoom in on it. This woman would remain this way for twelve hours in order to scan all of it. She then repeated this action but turned to face the island in order to scan all of that. Nothing showed up on her internal sensors that indicated there were other humans so she took it upon herself to run around the entire island. This was an eight hour endeavor as she climbed rocks, pushed past trees, and punched the occasional monkey that attempted to approach her. Sensors indicated her punches maimed or killed at least ten by the time she got back.
"No life sources detected," she muttered to herself, "Switching to wait mode again."
She'd find herself yet again sitting on the beach for a third day in a row. This lasted much the same for the next four days with her often scanning the skies as well. This woman, known as a Android G, was a cyborg and her only mission at present was to encounter humans. None were to be found though as she cursed her superiors back on planet Gakkano and uttered, "Why the hell am I here? Clearly my bosses don't know where the humans live these days but I must complete my mission. I must examine them in order to assess their threat level."
This was a reminder to herself as her body went from Wait to Sleep Mode each day to conserve power. It was only when something changed on the seventh day she became active enough to realize her mission's ending. A human might be here!
