GALACTIC SPACE GYPSIES
AKA: Herans
Origin: Offworlders only. Planet Hera no longer exists.
Characteristics: Herans are known as gypsies due to the fact that their home planet, Planet Hera, was destroyed long, long ago. It was thought that only a handful of them had survived the destruction of the planet, but more seemed to have survive and have scattered across the galaxy. They typically stick together when they have found those of their own kind, and travel from planet to planet offering their services to the highest bidder. With this, they also can be considered mercenaries. Their heights and weights tend to vary, just like humans, while their skin is usually in green and blue type hues, hair is typically somewhere between red and orange tints as well. They all can be found with special pieces of jewelry that are said to bring out their latent potential. Only a select few of the strongest Heran are able to tap into that power naturally with no added help.
Genders: Male and Female
Name Pun: Names are typically associated with words that are surrounded by negativity, i.e. Bujin and Boujack derive from the Japanese word "boujakubujin" meaning "arrogance or audacity", Zangya from "zangyaku" meaning "cruelty" and Gokua and Bido from "gokuakuhidou" meaning "heinous and inhuman."

- Dice: 3d20
- Zeni: 100
Racial Traits:
- Wanderer: With Planet Hera being destroyed for so long, Herans are forced to travel from planet to planet constantly. They all acquire a free 1-seater ship upon character approval instead of the 1-Use version.
- Pack Mentality: Though they are not extinct as previously thought, there still are fewer Herans than there originally were. Though a rarity, when Herans are in a thread together they get +20% on all gains, even Social Points. This does not apply to Solo Threads UNLESS a purchased Heran minion is present in the thread, and even so this can only be done once a week (Sun-Sat).
- Psycho Thread: Despite their own possible physical strength, all Herans seem to be capable of wielding the same type of energy that allows them to hold their foes in place via "threads" of ki energy they fire from the tips of their fingers. Though they must be at a certain level of power to be able to wield this type of attack effectively. At 4,000 EXP a Heran gains access to "Psycho Thread" which is a free Level 1 Stun Attack. This can be upgraded regularly through the Item Shop.
Transformations
Transformation | Requirement | Power Increase | Description |
Super Heran | Sacred Stone Transformation Item | +1d | It is unknown as to what the source of power that these "Sacred Stones" holds is, or where it originated from. Some say they are pieces, now completely gone, of holy stones that once could be found all over Hera. Whatever the case, when a Heran powers up their natural ki in close proximity to these stones, their power and size increases dramatically. Their skin tends to turn a bright green color, while their hair turns a bright red. |
Ascended Super Heran | d80 | +1d15 +2 Max GP | A powered up version of the Sacred Jewel version of this transformation, this form is reserved for only those Herans who are capable enough, in mind and spirit, to tap into this power on their own without the help of the stones. Their skin and hair are the same as the previous form when they transform. |
Full Powered Super Heran | d95 | +1d30 +4 Max GP | While once again still the same in the way they look, this form boasts even more incredible power than before. The final product of all that latent power in reserves, exploding into an absolute horror of an enemy to be up against. |
NOTE: Super Heran cannot be stacked with any other form.
