The multi colored Arcosian paced slowly down a corridor inside of one of Gokkano's palaces. The place was ornamented in the same fashion he lived in as a chlild: limbs or body parts of those the Arcosian royalty had killed were put on display as trophies, the symbol of their lineage or "cult" was stamped on the drapes, and the painting of the walls was rather vibrant. The nostalgia struck him hard, and for a moment he had trouble breathing. As the sudden attack faded, Frice moved on, approaching a pair of black doors that opened inward. As the Arcosian reached them he placed a fist on one door and knocked three times. He lowered his fist and waited patiently.
Mere moments later a small figure opened the door and ushered Frice in. Frice looked at him through the corner of his eyes and noticed the figure to be one of the common saiyans the Arcosian's enslaved every time they finished conquering or buying a planet. It wasn't always saiyans they took, no, it was actually rare to see more than two or three saiyans alive for them to take. They were a proud race, those damned apes. As Frice kept walking forward a small throne room unveiled itself before him, a very bleak type of decoration inside compared to the corridors. There was only a single throne in the room, and about ten feet on either side were statues of a small Arcosian posing in a heroic stance, something Frice found ironic considering the rest of the universe's views on his race.
On the throne the same Arcosian from the statues sat, his gaze turned towards Frice, but he obviously wasn't focused on the Arcosian that stood before him. After a long silence, the Arcosian spoke up. "Speak, my brother, for if you came to my throne to stand idle, I shall have to ask you to leave."
Frice folded his arms and gazed back at the Arcosian. "I'm surprised someone like you hasn't ordered me to kneel before you." The Arcosian on the throne looked deeper into Frice's eyes, his cold blue eyes meeting Frice's. "It did strike me as odd, but I assume you are not of this planet, or you are royalty yourself."
"You're correct in a sense. I was once true royalty, yes, and I was indeed raised on a different planet. However, I no longer am considered real royalty, you see. My father, who was a king on another planet, passed away some years ago. I, as his only offspring, refused to take up the throne and therefore disbanded our army and released all of our slaves and workers. I have wealth, but it is divided amongst those people I most trust. This leads me to say that I have crowned myself not royalty."
The Arcosian on the throne put his hand to his chin, thinking for a few brief moments. He stood and walked down from his throne until he stood only a few feet from Frice. "I shall not ask of you to bow, but I will ask of you to be respectful and weary of what you do in MY palace. You are an outsider, one of our kind, but not of Gokkano. You have no right over anyone here, and your word here means nothing as long as those in power say it means nothing. Now, tell me why you came here, and who you are."
Frice paced back a few steps and stopped, his back turned to the Arcosian. "When my father died and I disbanded our army and renounced our lineage, I also did something more. It was never specified how my father died, but I have a...let's call it a hunch, but I have a hunch that he was killed. Most likely, however, by one of out kind, an Arcosian. If I remember correctly, my father had been on Gokkano when he died. So, after having learned all of these things and thinking on them for a very long time, I came up with an idea." Frice turned ever so slowly, eyes turning with his body until he was fully facing the Arcosian once more.
"My idea, "Lord Zero", was to hunt down all the people of power in Gokkano until I find the one responsible for killing my father." As Frice finished those words he sprang forward and grabbed Zero by the neck. "Your slaves, if you don't know, were bribed into turning the other cheek. I'll kill you here, and they won't say a word about it being me."
Zero clutched at Frice's arm and began to push it away from his neck, an impressive amount of strength from someone so miniature in size. Frice was fairly surprised, and before Zero was fully free of his grasp, he flipped backward a few feet in order to keep distance between them. "Bleh...Don't put your hands on me, you bastard. You are no Arcosian, you are no brother of mine, and you deserve nothing from our kind. You will not prevail, you will fall and be branded as a traitor! You shall meet your d-"
Before Zero could finish his sentence, a tail infused with ki pierced through his abdomen and came through the other side. Frice stood infront of Zero, arms crossed and tail inside him. "Foolish to babble on so long when you're against someone who's trying to kill you." Frice removed his tail from Zero's abdomen, then struck him again in the heart, making sure he would die. Zero's eyes closed almost instantly, face going unusually pale and his entire body going limp. Frice grabbed him by the tail and walked over to the throne and threw Zero onto it. The Arcosian lord landed almost as if he had been sitting the entire time, except for the large amount of liquid oozing out from the newly made holes in his body.
Frice paced out of the room and told the slave to throw a blanket on him and run away. The slave nodded and scurried away. The Arcosian left the palace and jumped onto his small hovering pod that waited for him outside. Making himself comfortable, the Arcosian hovered away at a steady pace, heading off to his next destination...
