The number of sideways glances and straight on stares at the bloody gashes and searing burns across Tundra's body came as little surprise to the Arcosian Soldier - but he didn't terribly mind it too much. The fact that he chose to make his way to the healing chambers of the military base suggested enough that he was willing to bear the pain as a form of self punishment for enduring them in the first place. Still, the young Arcosian had to slip off his battle jacket somewhat gingerly.
"I would suggest that you start toning down your training regimen, Tundra." an elderly alien says, observing the Arcosian and stroking his short beard thoughtfully. "Don't forget that, throneworld of the Neo-Planet Trade Organization or not; we don't have regeneration chambers in our facilities."
Tundra winces as another doctor, an frog-like being, dabs his wounds with dampened swabs of a cotton-like substance, cleaning the wounds of airborne infections.
"Power doesn't come to those who work in moderation." Tundra bitterly retorts.
"Maybe not, sir, but it doesn't come to those who get maimed or killed either." the elderly doctor replies in an even tone. "At least consider taking a more precautionary effort. Train with other soldiers, perhaps?"
The left corner of Tundra's mouth droops in a frown; while it is indeed a viable option, Tundra had never been particularly... involved. Concepts like camaraderie still effectively elude him. Why rely on others, when they are bound to die? On more than one occasion he had seen incompetent troops fail to claim important targets - causing contracts to fall through or cost the N-PTO considerable profits. Of course, incompetence can come from superior officers as well. The failure in the past to deal with the Saiyans had been costly as well.
"We'll see." Tundra finally replies. The frog-like alien finishes cleaning the wounds, and directs Tundra towards an unoccupied healing chamber.
"I suppose we will." the elderly doctor shrugs. "You'll have plenty of time to think about it. Considering the severity of your wounds, you're looking at around a ten hour recovery period. Step up here... thank you."
Tundra steps into the machine and turns around. The doctor opens a small bag, taking out what appears to be a small mask; just large enough to cover Tundra's nose and mouth. The elderly doctor attaches the mask to a flexible tube, and holds it up to the Arcosian soldier.
"Here, put this over your mouth and nose, and bite down on the short tube." the doctor instructs, the words well rehearsed over years of repetition. Tundra obeys as instructed. The doctor tapes two wires to Tundra's temples. "Now remember to relax; the chamber will take a few minutes to fill."
Tundra nods, and bites down on the mask to hold it in place. His species doesn't really need to breathe, but procedure is procedure. He closes his eyes as the chamber door closes, and the hydraulics lock it down with a light hiss. Bright green fluid begins rushing into the chamber, quickly rising past Tundra's waist in a short couple minutes, and finally enveloping him completely by the time a full five standard minutes pass. There is an immediate pleasant sensation all over his being as the healing liquid does its work.

2817 EXP, 4D47, 990 HP, 6/6 GP Loyalty and betrayal are ever shifting paradigms and in humans patterns they follow, but or a robot, even they can use them. In case of Giya, having been newly upgraded and having attained more power, the young cyborg decided to make use of her desire to betray Awamori's trust. Over the three days she trained to fight him and get used to her body the woman would often end up eating a ham and cheese sandwich and fall asleep. It was during one of those times at night on the third day she decided to contact her former bosses. She sent an encrypted signal in the middle of the night during her sleep to alert one of them. "MESSAGE... INCOMING TRANSMISSION: PLEASE LISTEN IF ARCOSIAN." her signal read for any soul who happened to pick it up on their scouter another device. "THIS IS GIYA, ANDROID G." And while Giya knew she was a traitor to the empire she knew she would have to wheel and deal if she wanted to gain power whether from Awamori or the Arcosians. Her current location though was Awamori's hidden base hidden deep within a valley, unfortunately, because of its location she couldn't easily pinpoint or give it away. What she could do was at least give information to the Arcosians to get back in their good graces. She had hurt one or two of them, definitely wrecked some ships, and gotten past an alien blockade to get back where she was on this planet. She didn't care if Awamori was mad at her she just wanted back possibly into the organization if its prospects sounded good. Well, better then the way she was treated by them so far. She'd need its help soon or a large organization like it to help her out and even if she was its spy she did not mind. Her loyalty had been first with the Arcosians for they were the only ones she knew in her career as a planet destroyer. It was time to find out if they'd let her back into the fold; in secret of course.

If Tundra dreamt during the healing process, he couldn't remember what the dreams may have entailed. The machine hummed for hours, filtering the liquid as his wounds stopped bleeding, and his flesh began to properly mend. There may be some slight scarring, but they would be practically unnoticable, even in situations of idle conversation. What finally awoke the Arcosian soldier from his pleasant stupor, was a strong pulling sensation near his feet - evidently the process was complete.
Tundra patiently waits for the liquid to be fully consumed by the filters on the softly concave floor of the machine before opening his eyes. The bubble-like hatch opens with a hiss of hydraulics, eliciting Tundra to remove the mask from his mouth. He takes in a fresh breath, and decides he definitely prefers the real thing over the somewhat musty tasting artificial oxygen - not that his species really needed to breath to survive. The mask kept the liquid from flooding his organs, so it served its purpose.
Tundra pulls himself over the lip of the hatch and rolls his shoulders. They ache a bit, so Tundra tilts his head to the left and right, causing his neck to emit muffled popping sounds. The elderly doctor walks over to the Arcosian from the control panel on the machine, holding a clipboard and pen.
"Raise your arms please, and stand still." the doctor requests, and Tundra obeys. The elderly alien closely observes the faded marks where Tundra had been slashed and burned, taking notes and nodding silently to himself. After a few minutes, he stops in front of Tundra and smiles. "That's everything. You've healed nicely - but don't push yourself too hard."
"I'll push myself as hard as the Organization requires of me." Tundra replies in a matter-of-fact tone. "Wounds are superficial - and death would mean I failed."
The doctor sighs and gives Tundra a muted, exasperated expression.
"I'll see you again soon, then."
"Perhaps. Thank you, doctor." Tundra places his right hand over his left pectoral and offers the alien a polite bow before moving to acquire his battle jacket - or rather, the replacement one. His had been damaged, and clearly an officer had stopped in at some point. Professionalism demanded proper appearances as well as power and efficiency, so his damaged battle jacket had likely been recycled. Eventually, Tundra makes his way back to the barracks. He informs his superiors of his return, and heads to the recreational area to await his orders.
The Arcosian avoids the rest of the soldiers, and settles in front of a small terminal. He opens his personal account, and checks for a specific digital mail - his application to be transferred into the Kiwano Force. So far, he could tell that it had at least been reviewed. Whether or not he had been accepted had yet to be officially determined. Suddenly, something on the screen pings.
"An audio call?" Tundra mutters, surprised. He attempts to open it, but finds the transmission to be encrypted. Narrowing his eyes, Tundra enters his personal access codes. Again a surprise - as it seems the encrypted call accepts his credentials. He places a wired scouter muff on his left ear and listens to the voice. His brows furrow when he hears the decidedly female voice. "Android G... This is a most unusual method of contact."
As he speaks, Tundra goes into the military database, using the name to search for what this being clearly believed to be its usable designation. Several files pop up, many of them short on details - not that they needed to be, really. From what Tundra was seeing, what little data is provided suggests that this person was quite the warrior - except for a glaring detail.
"Though I think I see why - you are blacklisted as a deserter." Tundra says, his voice hardening. For reasons he didn't understand, he stands and walks as far as the cord would allow in order to check for listeners. Satisfied that he is alone, Tundra speaks again. "Your transmission was encrypted to respond to an Arcosian security code - what is it you want?"

Outside, in the real world, Giya curled up into a ball beneath the sheets of the bed she was sleeping in. The reason being that someone on the N-PTO side actually managed to find and be willing to listen to her message. She smirked to herself in her sleep as if having a good dream and in her next encrypted message replied, "I wish to be allowed back in the organization. I have a few things to discuss, such as being poorly marked as a deserter, that I feel can be justified." Giya didn't wait for Tundra to respond and quickly continued, "I am not a deserter because my mother and I were sent to our home planet to research it. I was to find the extent of my cyborg abilities by fighting others with her help and then return to Gokkano but my mother had other plans. She used her temporary freedom to go somewhere and pick up a computer virus that corrupted me. It was so bad that I went into shock and killed her. I then tried to kidnap a human or two she had been experimenting on alongside me and took them to see an old friend of hers, Awamori, after I'd been reprogrammed to be good. He promised to repair/upgrade me on Gokkano with help there if I listened to him and helped him get a giant robot he had waiting there for him. We sneaked onto the planet with a ship we stole and after meeting with a man named Dr. Ichigo I finally got my repairs by transferring into a new body." To prove this she showed an old image of herself to whoever was listening over the transmission plus a new image of herself. Then added, "It seems the new body is fine it's strong and made with pieces of katchin and nanomachines but... the host body was pregnant and now so am I because of this." Giya then rolled over in her sleep while sending an image of her new form with a slightly bulging stomach to confirm her story to whoever was listening. "I've been here the last three days recovering but have decided to potentially fight the humans' silly little robot in my current condition. It's fully made of katchin and seems rather large but I'm not sure how it works. I doubt it'll be a threat, even if they can find us a space to fight within or outside the hidden facility we're all in." "I'm going to fight it and with new data on this I'm hoping you'll be grateful enough to let me back into the fold. The humans are desperately trying to fight to beat you all but if you recruit me again I promise to turn that around on them with this information I've gotten you in mind. You all hopefully don't mind pregnant and possibly free will style robots, right? I'll try to tone it down for you if you let me back into your group. I promised to help the humans but my new body calculates they don't have anywhere near a chance to win, even with my help. So... I want to help you all again."

Tundra listens closely to the android's words as she speaks, standing to watch the doorway. He clasps his hands behind his back as she continues on - clearly she felt she had enough of a bargaining chip to risk this contact. But as the Arcosian soldier listens, his brow furrows - the android was giving him information she really should have held onto in order to give her bargaining chip more weight. As it stands, she was providing him with names, with intentions. She identified, specifically, that the humans of Earth II were working to build up a force strong enough to stage an assault on Gokkano.
It occurs to Tundra, that her decision to return to the Neo-Planet Trade Organization is more likely than not a matter of self preservation. What aided in solidifying this thought, is her revealing that her current body - apparently a cyborg that still retained reproductive organs - was carrying a developing offspring. Evidently thinking he'd need proof further, an image appears on the terminal screen. Tundra gives it only a passing glance. Once Android G finishes speaking, Tundra grins.
"My dear, you do seem quite adamant about returning to the Organization. But I wonder about several parts of your story, as well as your motivations." Tundra replies in an even tone. His words are deliberately spoken slower, as to impress upon the android the severity of her situation. "Let us take into consideration, first, that you are confident in that these humans you spoke of are indeed working to assault Gokkano, and perhaps other parts of the Organization throughout the galaxy. It is a grand scheme, certainly, but plans hardly ever go without problems popping up. Like your actions right now, for example."
Tundra takes two steps away from the terminal, making sure not to become entangled in the wire.
"Your story, if validated, certainly gives you the opportunity to return to us. However, by your confession, you have informed me that you were previously installed with a virus of sorts, that caused clearly detrimental results to your mother and whatever plans she had in mind." Tundra surmises shrewdly. "But if this, Awamori, is a part of this plan to assault the Organization, and is able to repair and upgrade you, does that not present an opportunity for him to conduct reprogramming of his own? Your story is highly suspect, Android Designate Giya. Pregnant, I am willing to accept as a truth. The names you've provided, and informing me of the intentions of the Humans is possibly actionable. Lord Glacier will likely wish to intercede this planned attack before it can be launched. Perhaps with the eradication of Earth II, just in case."
Tundra looks back at the terminal.
"However, as I stated before - you could have already been reprogrammed to benefit this Awamori, or for the humans' benefit." Tundra shrewdly adds. "Should I not hold your every word with distrust, with suspicion? Should I not demand that when you fight this machine created with Katchin, you destroy or severely cripple it? Ultimately, your rejoining the Organization would be for Lord Glacier to determine. But if those you came here with are indeed part of Earth II's collusion to attack Gokkano, then I imagine that you would find yourself welcome with open arms - provided that you destroy the machine, and all those who came with you. Your host body's impregnation would be handled as it would be with any female beings that fight for the Neo-Planet Trade Organization - you would fight until it became dangerous to you and your offspring. You would be given leave to give birth, but aside from that is not for me to presume or say."
Tundra settles back into his seat.
"Of course, you don't have to agree to these terms. Perhaps you have your own ideas on how to handle your situation that may better suit the Organization's interests." Tundra offers. "But accepting you back is not ultimately up to me; at least, not if you introduce yourself with your former identification. You now possess a new body? Perhaps you come forward, not as a former deserter - whether intentional or otherwise, which will matter to Lord Glacier - but as a new warrior to the Organization entirely. I will not assume that this is ideal to you, but you should heavily consider the situation you are placing yourself in."

Giya was quick to nod to Tundra's desire to change her story and agreed the way she was going about things was risky by nodding to this as well. "I'm sorry sir," she stated with a big grin, "it seems I'm still adjusting to my new body. I've yet to properly figure out how to covey new information with it so disregard any of the prior information I just gave." "My name isn't Giya. It's Panel." Giya told Tundra extensively while trying to align her story up like he said she probably should, "I was a peaceful, normal human civilian living on a small Earth II island when suddenly Giya and her mother flew down onto it. She came from the beachfront and with her power decimated the town I lived in. They attacked my husband and I crushing him under a burning house and took me in an unconscious state as their captive. They brought me to Awamori on Earth's northern mountains and used a space ship from there to carry us all in secret to Gokkano. I woke up and we met with a man named Dr. Ichigo whereupon the mad scientist let Awamori go take a look at a robot made completely of katchin he was willing to give him for free. I was then taken, put in hospital robes, and placed on the operating table to be upgraded into an android and end up used as Giya's new body frame. The surgery was a success for me yet Giya's mind was unable to transfer into my new systems thus killing her." Giya let this sink in for a few minutes knowing she was using her new host body's old name when she herself was actually Giya. Yet if she wanted to survive Glacier's wrath this was the way to go. She gulped then added, "I've been made a prisoner though since they've dampened my full powers to a degree, due to me trying to capture Giya's mother in order to escape, and I've no other way to escape. The base is crawling with kind seeming humans but I know otherwise. I'll try to free myself soon and let you know of the robot mentioned earlier that Awamori picked up. They want me to fight it for the most inane reasons. I know it can already deal me death without having to touch it. I hope that I live tomorrow even though like Giya and her mother I will surely die."

Tundra's eyes again narrow, but a smirk appears on his face. The android very quickly made modifications to her story, eager to avoid the first option. To Tundra, this makes him wonder further about the android.
((I am supposed to believe that this is the same cyborg warrior who razed planets for the Organization?)) Tundra privately wonders in the back of his mind.
Tundra listens to the rest of what Giya has to say, although with a tinge of mistrust.
"Perhaps we should not wait for such a thing to occur." Tundra suggests, his tone frosting over with clear malice. "If your power is indeed weakened, and you feel your life in danger, it would be best for me to assemble a force to come for you immediately. After all, what kind of cruel beings would force an impregnated female to test the combat efficiencies of a machine built from the strongest metal in the universe? That simply won't do."
Immediately, Tundra sets the console to begin tracing back the origin of the transmission, but ensures to heavily encrypt the operation himself.
"I am tracing your location as we speak." Tundra informs the android. Tundra again stands and looks sideways at the progression of the trace, fully expecting it to be interfered with. "If these people you speak of, Awamori, Doctor Ichigo, and these soldiers that seek to destroy the Organization from a hidden base on my homeworld... I see no reason to wait for them to feel comfortable enough to move on their own terms."
Tundra continues gazing at the screen.
"The sooner you give me your location, the sooner I can liberate you from the Humans, and spare you from their fate." Tundra offers. "Lord Glacier will, no doubt, want these insects dealt with as soon as possible. If we take too long to deal with this matter, he will be far less likely to spare anyone at all, informants or otherwise."

"I'm so happy a strong, handsome gentleman is coming to my aid," Giya told Tundra, "but maybe we should hold off on rescuing me." She'd wiggle around on the bed she was sleeping on as if she were in the midst of a nightmare. "I'm too weak to escape right now, even with your help, I need to build back up my strength and assure any coordinates I give you are correct. I'm pretty sure we're in a valley somewhere though so maybe that's a start?" She didn't want Lord Glacier in on this nor Tundra moving too fast and blowing away the fact she was now turning traitor on Awamori. If either of those happened she'd be unable to collect more info or pillage off the facilities they owned for the moment that were vital in her revival. She needed their stuff but none of them to keep herself on track for a happy life. One that involved having this strange, new child within her, pillaging the galaxy, and conquering the Earth for her bosses in the N-PTO again. Her mother had been a fool to turn her into a completely good person it had worked for a while but her little virus wasn't full proof. A few sleep cycles like this one and Giya was already starting to get back into her old ways. She stopped moving around though in her sleep and asked, "Hey, if you really do decide to free me quickly like you are now can you do me two small favors? First, don't kill a man named Dr. Ichigo. He's an alien with a cybernetic eye and might be the last of his race whom built the katchin robot I think. Second, I won't rejoin you unless you can assure me access to a bodyguard from now on. A nice female or perhaps a nice male, preferably that, since I may have plans or them."

Tundra's eyelids droop halfway shut, and the left corner of his mouth curls slightly; he knows when he is being condescended upon, and this android was being quite unusual in her mannerisms. Not that she would know anything about him personally, of course. Her audacious nature is in full form, that much is clear.
Although Tundra does not immediately reply, it could be clear that her sudden condition for rejoining the Organization did not go over so well as she might have hoped.
"My dear, I'm afraid that you need to work on your negotiation skills." Tundra replies after several tense moments of silence. "While I am certain that your power is, or will be, quite considerable, you are coming off as quite rude. You send out an encrypted transmission, asking to be found and brought back into the Neo-Planet Trade Organization, offering useful and possibly actionable information prudent to the security of Planet Gokkano. This, by itself, would be sufficient - added in with your revised story, returning to service would be a simple matter."
Tundra's tone takes a more chilling tone.
"However... consider how you jeopardize this contact. You request that a certain person be spared - obviously this means you find value in this doctor." Tundra continues, his tone dark despite also sounding polite. "An engineer of his caliber is indeed a tempting prospect. But you have a far too optimistic view of how this verbal exchange is going. You suddenly state a requirement for your reinstatement - a gesture suggesting that you believe yourself in a position of leverage over either simply myself, or over the Organization. Perhaps that is my fault for being as polite as I am."
Tundra looks at the terminal screen, the crimson of his irises reflecting back at him.
"While assigning you protection would be a simple matter, to demand it as if we were asking you to return to service is highly presumptuous." the Arcosian soldier warns. His tone suddenly softens again. "But I can easily overlook this matter - after all, you are probably feeling somewhat desperate to remove yourself from your current predicament. All I can say is; we'll see. Your Dr. Ichigo will have to be identified before our forces move on your location - otherwise his survival cannot be guaranteed. As for your personal guard, or lackey, or what have you - again, we'll have to wait and see."

Giya slapped her forehead out of known concern for her position being jeopardized now. She then spoke through their connection saying, "I'm sorry sir, I hadn't realized fully you were a higher rank then me. All I've ever done for the empire is acquire and destroy planetary targets for you. I've never known the full chain of command for some reason. I can attest to the fact that means I still have some bugs in my programming. I should instantly perceive you as a higher rank and not deter from that fact ever when in your presence from now on." She sighed and then continued with a revised list of ideas and demands her programming told her were best, "All right, all I want is: 1. To be taken out of the enemy hands and put back on the organization's main planet. 2. To safely prepare for the new child I'm suddenly carrying. 3. To eventually put that child to work for you all as someone who is even more loyal then my mother or I have ever been. 4. To secure the destruction of the enemy, even if through subterfuge, to ensure a safe universe that humans won't mess with. I believe my safety helps ensure your safety overall because I am likely one of the few beings that could blend in with the humans in our army, or even the Saiyans for that matter from the inside, to help reclaim peace in this universe. You may address me by my new cover story and I Panel shall follow you sir." She ultimately gave up on protecting anyone from the base (even if they had strategic value for the Arcosians and did not further request a bodyguard but simply to revert things back to mostly how they were before her mother had decided to go a-wall. Note: It's kind of short but I hope it's a decent post.

Tundra quietly listens to the android's response, and chooses not to correct her on the matter of rank. Technically speaking, deserting would strip her of whatever rank she may have held, but with the kind of power she probably wields, it wouldn't take long for her to rise up again. He chuckles when she speaks of a "safe" universe - a safe universe would mean less business for the Organization. As a warrior who intends to make a name for himself by conquering planets for the Organization to sell, peace would be utterly detrimental. Still, there was no need to rub that in.
"Rank is arbitrary, really." Tundra muses. "Nonetheless, Panel, I will do as much as my own rank permits. When I move to liberate you from those humans, ensure that this doctor of yours is kept nearby - this will prevent him from being killed in the cross fire. Hopefully."
"As for your child - that is a matter for the future, and will be determined long from today." Tundra continues. "If nothing else, I look forward to seeing your power in action; weakened or not. A warrior's true might is in their experience and skill. An expert with a stick and stone can still kill an armored gunman, so to speak."
Tundra checks on the progress of his trace and grimaces.
"It seems that you will have your day or so - there seems to be interference. Make your preparations - for I shall be doing so myself." Tundra tells Panel.

"Thank you for the warning," Giya stated with a now more wicked looking smirk on her face. "I'll keep in mind to stay out of your way during the attack. I'm not sure the doctor will listen to me so we don't really need to save him but it'd be shame to lose him. I'm sorry though, more importantly, I seem to act like a good person. I fear my mother's virus has had some lingering effects and is still working its way out of my system. I can still kill though in the name of the empire I still feel that in my beating heart. I'm just a bit out of practice." "I, Panel, will be sure to make true on my word to pass my abilities on as a warrior to anyone who wants to learn of them in our group. That said, I can't fight for very long in my current condition. I might be able to fight unhindered for seven months total but at this point I will need to rest. I'm calculating values of my body's pregnant state now, and I can last only that long before the 80 lbs. total I'm supposed to gain weakens way further then I'm supposed to be even now. All my energy and its infinite reserves will be put towards hardening my belly or protecting my torso's core muscles by any means necessary." Giya fully explained. She wanted Tundra to know so that she wouldn't be a hindrance. Giya then let out a cough in her sleep remembering that this whole message was being sent from her end mentally. She let her head droop to one side and finished with, Maybe I should head out Tundra since we've seem to loop back to everything of importance. I'll take on Awamori's robot and let you know how it properly holds up. If he's out of the way though, even if not dead, taking this place I'm in will be easy."

((Sorry for the long wait. Forgot to pay my internet bill, and had to work a double shift. Hopefully that doesn't happen again.))
"Do what you feel you must - you will be returned to the Organization soon enough. Now take your rest." with that said, Tundra disconnects the transmission and places the hearing device next to the terminal. He touches a forefinger and thumb to his chin thoughtfully. Of course, he could simply send out a general order; IF he had the authority. He would need to convince a superior of the necessity to act, which should not be too difficult, considering the circumstances.
Tundra walks out of the barracks, still considering the various options.
Super sorry about the wait. Let's call it here, and get those XP's

"All right," Giya stated, "Well, I'll see you soon. Hope my whole pregnancy thing's not a burden for our plans sir. I really didn't mean to upgrade myself and gain this kind of body it's starting to be a hassle. I think I can deal with it though and get back into the planet conquering business."
She smiled in her sleep and with that cut off communications with her fellow conspirator. She really hoped that he did come to save her because if one thing was certain she was beginning to feel a little too home being a human and unless like the android she knew she was. It bothered her.
Once the mental connection she created was cut the woman wanted to go to sleep, however, a loud gurgling noise woke her from her sleep. "Oh no, what's this..." she muttered sleepily as she rose from her bed and sleep walked across AWamori's secret base. Her nose followed the scent of food and in mere moments her sleepy body had its hands on tons of food.
Her mind went to work building twenty PB&J Sandwiches, three fried eggs, seven bowls of salad a romaine lettuce salad and stole a bag of chocolate chip cookies too. Wouldn't you know but for the next of the night she took these items and brought them to her room leaving the equipment she used to make it lying around. If anyone found her the next morning it would be in a state where she was still stuffing her face with food or had consumed it all and gone back to sleep. Either way, she'd look like she had put on ten pounds in a fort night even though that might not have been the case. It would sicken the android for even though her mind was off in sleep mode she could still sense this excess food digesting inside her. She wanted to puke but she couldn't after quickly realizing this might be the price to pay if she wanted to have a kid. Logically she should have gotten rid of it then and there but the android was not fully sure if this would be a good idea or not. She decided to stay strong and like Tundra asked simply wait to be rescued by him.
It irked her for she was sure he was ticked off with her being so weak now. She felt that way but maybe soon she could prove otherwise. She had to.
