The second Semi-Final Match was set to begin, after the crew took some time to repair the arena stage from the previous battle. Mr. Announcer stepped up and went to work! "Ladies and gentlemen, for our next scheduled match in the semi-finals we will have Giya versus Luo! Fighters, ready and begin!"
As a note, Retasu vs Tundra would have finished before this match, we don't know who won yet, though. (Duh.) Try to keep anything vague until that match is actually over.
Giya , since you've been waiting for so long how about you init roll first?

3617 EXP, 4D49, 1030 HP, 6/6 Genki Initiative Roll QSN8YJk41-125 It was finally time for the next match Giya was to participate in. She was glad it rolled around for the young android woman had gotten bored waiting around for something to happen with the fighting tournament's next challenge. This caused her to travel into the stands and from there wait and while doing so eat her way through the food at the concession stands. To some while it might be a good reprieve for this young woman who had not paid attention to the fight at all between Luo and Mazohn she had no idea what to expect or even which of the two were her opponent. For this reason, she felt really bad for her internal computers had analyzed a few problems and made a note of them. One, she had no strategy, two, as she stepped out onto the stage everyone would see beneath her vest her slightly bulging stomach from all the food she ate. She tried to hide it by sucking in her gut yet it was to no avail as her stomach continued to protrude quite visibly from her midriff showing off a clear weight gain of five to seven pounds in only the few minutes they had been gone. Three, this issue was definitely going to have some complications in the near future for her fighting skills or even right now if she didn't play her cards right. "Wow! That woman really is pregnant or she just has a crazy habit of eating everything in sight!" she heard a number of people in the crowd exclaim among other things like, "Look how fat she has gotten! Can a lady in this condition really fight? Is it really safe?" Being a robotic cyborg Giya would have normally ignored this but her pregnancy that was clearly on display caused her to feel the extremely bad emotion of embarrassment. She felt like wanting to hide but her stomach didn't today. She'd hold it closely with both hands and wait for her opponent to appear as well as the announcer to start the fight. She prayed her target was someone easy for she felt uneasy how well she could possibly wipe the floor with someone for once. "Usually I just throw regular punches and kicks like everyone else but since I'm in the finals it may be a good idea to show off my ultimate technique even could accidentally kill my opponent." Giya thought to herself while letting her head bend down to allow the long black strands of hair framing her face block her opponent's view of her. She did not want to throw out this out potentially if she could avoid it but like she realized before stepping on the stage she hadn't even really looked up anyone fighting in the tournament. She'd let her computers within her body calculate the threat level though when the time came. For now, with her head still lowered, she took about twenty steps towards the opponent once the announcer said it was okay to fight and with a flash of super speed tried to disappear and cover the rest of the distance between herself and the arena space where her opponent was. Her first move was to try and test them and that was by flinging out her left and right hands to push them towards the edge of the arena. She had to let go of her belly and the soft black vest she wore but she was sure this was going to work out fine, even if she got hit she was certain the extra body weight she gained rather recently might be heavily protected by her natural android properties like her durable skin layers. 1-125

3617 EXP, 4D49, 1030 HP, 6/6 Genki First Attack Giya found rather quickly that as she shoved her opponent she did not shove him all that hard. Instead of going towards the edge of the fighting platform she noted she only managed to push him ten feet with her own force. Whether it was because of his will power or her own strength not being put fully into the act she decided it was the second option and so took it upon herself to correct her mistake by closing the gap between them once more. "Do you think I'm weak? Do you think it's dangerous for me to be fighting here?" Giya asked with a raised eyebrow as she pulled her hands back to prep her next attack mid run, "If you do... I'll show you! Women can fight just as well as men no matter their condition!" With this, she thrust her chest forward proudly and brought her thick, strong right knee squarely between his legs to strike hard at his groin. She then followed this up by grabbing his throat with her right hand and squeezing down on it hard. Finally, her left hand reached across the side of his right cheek and she used it to slap both sides of his face multiple times. She was sure her moves were likely to make him collapse in pain from the end of it. She could not wait to see how he might react though in terms of attacking her back. 4d49

After his close victory against Mazohn, his previous opponent and wielder of dark energy, Luo tried to keep himself humble but his excitement was certainly starting to leak through. He was one step closer to fighting Retasu, and win or lose, that meant he was going to get some answers. It was an enthralling feeling to be so close to possible truths that had been hidden from you your entire life! Having made it to the semi-finals matches, Luo patiently waited up until he was called on to enter the fighting stage. He stood across from a woman, and he suddenly couldn't shake a feeling in his gut that he'd met her, or at least someone like her, before. He would offer a short and respectful bow to her before introducing himself. ''Name's Luo. Let's have a good match.'' Keeping it short and simple just in case she went for an aggressor's approach, he would blink a few times as he'd seemingly angered her. She approached and gave him a hard push, but hadn't managed to move him all that much. He'd stumbled back a bit, but he looked more confused than anything. She began throwing accusations his way as she approached again, only this time she was looking to deal some damage. Her knee lashed out and struck him in the groin, causing him to choke out a rasp of air and fumbling his stance. Her arm shot out for his throat, and he quickly raised his left hand and pushed up and away on her wrist, loosening the strength of her grip. She began assaulting him with powerful slaps after that, slowly getting on his nerves. The first move she made was a shot for his groin? Really? Talk about dirty and unsportsmanlike! Frustrated that he wasn't being taken seriously enough, he'd clench his fingers together and whip one of his elbows up into her wrist, breaking her hand free from his neck. He'd then step in, lashing a leg forward into the side of her knee in a leg kick to try and upset her stance. Afterward, he he would aim a quick punch toward her ribs and then follow up with a lifting palm strike aimed at the bottom of her chin! ''Y'didn't get here through slaps an' groin-shots! Y'better start takin' me seriously!''

3617 EXP, 4D49, 997/1030 HP, 6/6 Genki Second Attack Activating "Unlimited Energy!" JsIanD044d69 Giya received the brunt of Luo's attacks with a bit of shock. While they would normally feel like weak attacks to her under normal circumstances the young man clearly knew where to hit vital points. Her attacks were short lived the moment he used his hands to break from her grasp and slaps. She witnessed his fist slam into her rib cage and cried, "AUGH!" as the power of his fist was transferred into a definitive bruise that wracked her body. Thanks to her nanomachines all the force of this blow transferred away from her growing child and only created pain on the surface of her body yet it still hurt like hell. He was not over yet for his leg reached out and she felt her body stumble forward as she tripped towards him. She blushed heavily thinking she might fall into his arms only to find his other fist connect with her chin and launch her head backwards. Giya staggered in the other direction hearing his shouts about her not taking him seriously and came to stop a few feet back from where she engaged him. She grimaced at him and sent out a signal from her mind using internal ki scouter to state at a frequency the audience could not hear, "That really hurt. You could have inured my child. I'm not taking this seriously nor have I taken any of my previous fights that way simply because I see no need to. You nor anyone else I've encountered before have piqued my interest, even as I stand among the top fighters of this planet. Eat my Lodestone Laser fool!" She gently reached her hands down to rub her slightly pudgy belly before raising them up again to chest height. She intended to attack and this time show her full force since he did confirm his desire for her to fight seriously. Once she fired off a simple beam of white ki from the palms of two outstretched hands and followed it up by lowering one hand to the ground and firing a beam into the floor of the stadium. The android woman then seemed to disappear in this burst of light and as this attack burrowed through the ground she would rush as far out to the far left side of Luo's vision as she could and reappear behind him to await a beam that curved up from beneath the earth. When it appeared she'd simply press the palm of her left hand forward and shove a strong energy blast into the back of Luo's body. She intended to knock him out with one blow if she could with this huge amount of force! 4d69

The combination Luo tossed out seem to ring this woman's bell and wake her up a bit. Good. If there was one thing that irritated him most, it was being looked down on and not taken seriously. She stopped to speak for a moment, and he couldn't believe what he was hearing. He kept his voice low but still stern to get his point across while he prepared his response. ''Even giants can fall. You're plenty strong, sure, but that just gives people like me more and more reason t'become strong and knock ya off your throne. And you're worried about me injuring your child? If you're pregnant, what're you doin' at a tournament in the first place? If you're thinkin' you can use that as a crutch, it sounds like y'should have just stayed home.'' His last statement was delivered with bold, stern tones and with a punctual glare. Was she serious right now? ''Don't think that's gonna make me hold back. If you're truly that worried about your child stayin' safe, you need to step off the stage. I'm here to fight. You should be too. I won't be talked down; I need the chance to meet Retasu, a fighter that was in the other semi-finals match.'' For some reason, Luo was heavily confident in the tailed fighter's abilities. Speaking to the tailed man had become his primary drive in this tournament. If they truly were alike, maybe Luo could find out who he actually was, and why he had a tail like that mysterious fighter did. His opponent made use of a strange energy attack all of the sudden, and he braced for the worst. As she seemed to vanish from his sight, he tried to make a guess on where she would appear next. Was this just a distraction? His thoughts were answered when a potent ray of energy burned into his back and exploded, causing him to hurl forward in a painful tumble. Rolling across the stage in great pain, he let the unknown half of his blood take over and ride the pain. He felt his senses begin to sharpen, carried by a great but tempered rage. Springing off of his hands out of his tumble, the force he sprang with was enough to cause him to flash from sight. He'd begun his Meteor Impact! Reappearing behind Giya, he would attempt to slam his elbow into the small of her back, hoping to crush her stance and deliver a punishing amount of pain. He'd then vanish again to her front and begin a flurry of kicks to assault her upper body before coiling both of his hands together and firing a thick sphere of energy at her at point blank range!

And he wasn't done yet! Feeling his half saiya-jin strength and rage coursing through his veins, he intended to carry this opportunity through to its devastating conclusion! She had him good and fired up now, and she was going to pay for underestimating him! After the flurry of punishing kicks and the point blank blast, Luo would use the cover of the smoke from the explosion to advance again! Ducking and then bursting forward to step and slip in to infighting range, he would spring back up with a hard, turning kick aimed just below her chin at the side of her neck. He would then bring that leg down and then spring off of it in a powerful thrust kick, then close the distance again by vanishing and reappearing again in front of her. Turning his upper body into a powerful chop, he would aim for the same spot below her chin that he threw his first kick to. He was attempting to launch her at the nearest border of the stage and send her out of bounds! ''Being cocky is gonna get you nowhere with me! My name is Luo Hanzhai; Earth's mightiest mercenary!'' ''AND I'M GONNA TAKE YOU DOWN!''

3617 EXP, 4D49, 830/1030 HP, 6/6 Genki Giya proudly blasted Luo across the battlefield with little effort, even though she was suffering a slight bit of pain from his prior attacks. She figured she severely injured him or finished the fight with her last attack but when he responded by disappearing on her with his super speed like her she tried to defend herself. Her eyes moved all about the battlefield but it wasn't even a second later when she felt his elbow slam into the small of her back. The young woman fell forward only then to receive a number of rapidly launched kicks aimed directly into her chest. "Hah, hah..." she breathed raising up her hands to try and catch each of these kicks. The soles of his feet quickly broke through her feeble guard though and she found herself feeling a stinging pain in her fingers as she then took on a blast of energy he decided to fire too. It paralyzed her and before she knew it he launched into another foray of moves one being a rising kick that pushed her back followed by a drop kick and a fine chop below the chin too. The strikes were so strong she was thrown back to the far end of the field and found spittle flying from her mouth as she attempted to continue to breath. "Gah!" she screeched finding herself nearing the edge of the stadium. Her moment was not slowing so in an attempt to slow herself down Giya slammed her feet into the fighting ring's tiles and then was forced to slam her hands into it too as she slid right to the edge of the ring and left the area between herself and Luo torn up by her hands and feet. She rose from all fours and sighed. "I-I can't believe this..." she hoarsely croaked. She could hardly feel the strength she had in her body before. Warning signals were going off that she had been hurt way more then before and it racked her body notably so as blood dripped out of her mouth from having her throat hit so much. Giya tried to step forward to continue the fight but a computer within her body went off, "Warning! Severe damage eminent if fighting at this level continues. Option: Consider pulling out of battle so as not to hurt oneself and cargo." The computers whirring in her body always giving her hints and what not how to lead her life started to feel oddly familiar. She almost felt like after her body's most recent transfer from her old vessel to this new one had given her definitely more of the personality of it's prior owner Pina and that that's what the CPUs in her had had been based on even though she was still a killing machine. Giya growled at this warning, since she hadn't liked weak humans like her, but in doing so let out a loud, "Gack!" as more blood spewed out of her lungs. She mentally decided to speak with her mind and uttered through her robotic based telepathy. "I may have been evil from the start towards you and I may be an evil person in general but did you have to go so far? I-I will stop fighting you if you really want me to do so you can do whatever you want at end the of this tourney with the final opponent. I was only in it for the money anyway. I need it for my child after all..." She paused trying to wipe off the blood on her mouth with her black vest and then continued, "...I want you to promise me something though. If you win, can you do me a favor? Consider me... impressed. I thought all people on this planet were weak, so how about... a date. Er, maybe with a rematch thrown in?" She could feel her body might be getting a bit too weak to fight even though she felt like she could continue. It was weird since she was sure she had the energy too yet this computer warning and of course Luo's abilities as well as her current state being at the edge of the ring, plus, the feeling of being a bit too injured to continue made her want to stop. Note: I think I'm getting a bit too busy this week and next week to post in a thread like this. I'd kind of like Giya to forfeit the match if Luo decides he can accept her words.

Luo's onslaught of attacks seemed to have much more of a punishing effect than he had first thought. His opponent had managed to save herself from a ring out, which was impressive all by itself. Even though they were standing so far apart, he began to hear her voice. Was this some kind of trick? He didn't let himself drop his guard just yet. This could have been a distraction. She claimed she was evil, and had wrongly acted toward him. To a man like Luo, there was too much grey area to so blatantly call someone one or the other. He was sure she had her reasons; the child, for example. Maybe her earlier behavior was just to try and scare him off so she wouldn't have to risk hurting the child she was carrying. He could see that. He dropped his guard and began to slowly approach her as she continued speaking to him. He had no intent to harm her any further. She explained she'd only been in the tournament for the money, needing it for that child, and that she had a favor to ask of him. She asked for... A date? Well that was curious. Luo, being no good with women and lacking experience around them, was awestruck for a moment. Her quick footnote after it about having a rematch thrown in certainly helped him sink back into comfort, though. He would offer a kind smile, his stern face quickly changing. He was glad she could see reason. ''I accept. An' I take my promises real seriously.'' Her forfeit had given him a lot to think about, so now he simply waited for her to exit the stage. Did he really need all that prize money? He decided that if he won, he would donate some prize money to the woman to help her along. He'd honestly forgotten about it with how badly he wanted his questions answered by the tailed fighter. He now had his chance to possibly learn about his actual origins, and why he'd been cursed with a monkey's tail his entire life. Now, it was time for the finals to begin...
A titanic match was about to take place!

Mr. Announcer blinked a few times at what had happened, but it seemed as if Giya had decided to forfeit the match. "Ladies and gentlemen, it looks like Giya will be unable to continue and participate in the Tenkaichi Budokai." The crowd gave a mixed reaction, especially with her being the only female having advanced to the final eight competitors, she had gained quite a following with some admirers! All the same, perhaps it would be best for her unborn child. "With that, accepting her forfeit and making his way to the finals to face the Saiyajin, Retasu... LUO!
