Today is Thursday, my dudes. But that's not all.
Did some general "house cleaning" with some updates yesterday and the last few weeks and wanted to just throw up an official update and explain some things that go along with it.
1.) Slight Arcosian Nerf on Transformation Gain: Nothing major here. Original Assault and Final Forms were originally attained at d50 / 4,000 EXP, has been bumped up to d60 / 10,000 EXP. A lot goes into the factors here, mainly that we had updated SP conversions to 25% on both EXP and Zeni, which will allow easier EXP gain to that 10k mark as well as increased EXP gain naturally based on the form. No one on the current roster should feel this change and no one has attained 3d50 on the Arcosian side as of today.
2.) End Game Mechanics: We officially added end game mechanics for those who hit the d101 mark. All information can be found here in regards to power, transformations, etc. focusing mostly on the transformation side of things though covering everything.
3.) Potential Unleashed & Dark Evolution: We have added one of the most powerful boosts in the game in the form of Potential Unleashed and it's evil variant, Dark Evolution. All information can be found here as far as what it entails, boosts and even penalties.
4.) Homes and Shops reworked as "Boosters": Reworked how EXP and Zeni Boosters work, removing the restrictions of things like a home or shop, as well as faction training grounds. We may add something similar to this in the future, but for now they are replaced by EXP Booster, Zeni Booster, and ULTIMATE Booster and how they work can be found in the Item Shop thread. This is also the precursor to the much larger "Equipment" overhaul we are working that will also loop in Offensive and Defensive Enhancers.
5.) "Items" Plugin Revamp: While I like what that plugin provides, as far as a nice little photo (which were all a pain in the ass to edit) it does get a bit stressful to my self-diagnosed OCD in terms of when we remove items from the list and add items. I will probably spend some time re-working it by removing all the items completely and starting over. Special Attacks will likely be kept track of in the actual profile (as I have been messing around with lately) while most items will be worked back in via the plugin. This is mostly a staff issue to work with, but just wanted to throw the FYI out there and have you guys pay attention to what your current inventory is, both via the plugin and in your profile itself (edited by us).
Future updates to come, we will also be looking to add a few more members to our Staff Force, with Kiwano getting bumped to Global Mod (one more step before taking my job) as we continue to grow out and expand.
Looking to work on the new Equipment mechanics, Fusion, and start the 1st Tenkaichi Budokai ASAP.
